Adopted By One Direction [Completed]

Ch.11

Tiger:

Lili and some weird blonde stood there while all of us watched the video.  It was the same blonde in the video and no doubt everyone had figured out that One Direction's adopted daughter was there.

It didn't seem so bad at first.  Then they realized that the video is trending at number one.  All of the Directioners probably saw it!  I was warned about them.

Liam told me that a lot of people like to hate on who ever they hang out with.  No doubt my older sister will probably get more hate especially since she's not even ten years younger than them.

It's really sad because I know she doesn't react well to hate.  Sometimes it's hard to tell because she keeps to herself and doesn't talk much.  In the video she didn't talk once.  Most likely she talked a couple of times, but that was at most.

When she put her hand on the boys shoulder and patted it I knew that she would get hate for it.  Louis said they would probably call her names that she had never heard of before.  Even I don't want to repeat them.

The girl, Olive, didn't really know how to react when she saw the boys.  That kinda scared Zayn because he didn't want her to tell everyone where they live which is what she might do.  Lili really didn't think.

Sometimes, she can be really stupid.  Considering she let herself get punked around for years before she finally had the courage to stand up for herself.  Louis says not to think like that, considering even I don't remember what really happened before we got to the adoption place.

I know that the boys know.  It's on our records.  But for some reason every time I ask they dodge it and ask if I want to play dolls.  Although many times I said no because we never had dolls at the adoption place so I kinda grew out of them.

"Lili, can I talk to you in private?" Harry ask.  We watch Lili exchange looks with Olive for a second, both still dripping wet.

"It's okay, I gotta go anyway.  But text me, I'll see you tomorrow." Olive speaks before shoving her hands in her pockets and walking out the door. 

It's quiet until Lili finally looks away from the door and towards Harry.  Harry doesn't look pleased as he stands up and nods for her to follow.  She does with her head down.

When they walk into a room and close the door I turn to the others.  They're all staring slightly at their phones before they finally put them away, one by one.  I give them confused looks.

"When Harry gets mad... He throws things." Niall said, fiddling with his thumbs.  The other four nod in response.

"Would he really get mad over her bringing home a friend?" I ask, looking back at the room that was Harry's.  It was silent.

"Maybe.  He loves the fans but sometimes they get a little too much.  If they find us then we'll have no privacy." Zayn says, picking at his lip. 

"Oh." I say. "Well, Lili can take it."

The boys share a look before looking back at the door just as something makes a 'thud'.  We all get up and run over to the door, putting our ears against it.  As if the screaming couldn't be heard in the United States.

"I-i-i" we hear come from Lili as she tries to speak.  Of course she can't, definitely not when someone is screaming at her.

"After everything we've done for you in the past week?" Harry exclaims.  We hear a lot more things fall. "I-I can't with you!  Stop crying, you're such a drama queen."

"I'm s-sorry." We hear a little more stutters of words we can't make out.  Then comes some sniffles but I don't feel that bad.  She has made a lot of drama in the past week just because she can't learn to accept the boys.

"Sorry doesn't cut it."

Thats when Niall opens the door, making us all but him fall.  I get smooshed but Niall just runs in.  The rest of us scramble to get up.

"Please, mate.  She's a good kid." He tries to help Lili stand up because she was crying on the floor.  Liam runs in and helps too while Zayn, Louis and I just stand there.

"Why couldn't we get just one, again?" Harry ask, turning to Zayn.  Zayn walks in and presses Harry back so Lili feels more safe.

"Harry Styles!  You should be ashamed in yourseld!" Louis runs and pushes Harry onto his bed, trying to get him to calm down.  I just stand there awkwardly.

I really can't take anyone's side.

"I-i'm sorry." Lili says again, before stumbling out of the room.  I let her pass me, watching with my jaw dropped a little.  Liam and Niall come over and shut me out of the room.

I stumble back a little, trying to figure out what really just happened.  Maybe I should go see if my sisters okay?  I decide against it.

I'll just see what happens.
