Enterprise: We are weapons, shaped like humans. The Mental Cube. An unknown crystal substance brought to humanity though the battle against the Sirens. The Mental Cubes are the basis on which we are created, imbued with the power to fight the Sirens. That power is the power of the ships. The power to conquer the seas and defeat the Sirens. It is with this power that humanity reclaimed the seas. But, in pursuit of even more power, humanity was split in two. The Red Axis, an alliance formed by Sakura Empire and Iron Blood, desires to take in the power of the Sirens. They raised a rebellion against the Azur Lane. Even when facing a common threat, the Sirens, conflict between human factions continues. Yes. War never changes, regardless of era.
The scene opens up with the island base of Azur Lane. The harbor is currently on fire as multiple ships are damaged, on fire, nearly sunk, or all 3. Little chicks known as "Manjuu" are seen in boats sailing around the harbor doing whatever they can to help. They pick up shipgirls that are wounded and give them supplies.
Many shipgirls are helping each other out by carrying them while others cling to the boats. A scene cuts to the arm of a half sunk shipgirl floating in the water and cuts once more to a Manjuu with a captain hat on looking around. It spots the girl face down in the water and alerts the other Manjuu on its boat. One Manjuu with a fishing pole casts the rod and hooks it onto the shipgirl's strap of her shirt.

"Light Cruiser San Diego"
She gets dragged to the boat as Prince of Wales watches from a set of binoculars she has. Accompanying her is Illustrious and another shipgirl with brown hair, brown eyes, and glasses.
PoW: They got us. I didn't expect Sakura Empire to make the first move.
Illustrious: Sakura Empire allying with Iron Blood was no surprise. But...
Scene transitions to a crashed Siren jet and multiple Siren ships sinking.Numerous shipgirls are seen standing side by side looking straight ahead as the scene cuts back to a small island with a lighthouse on it with the crashed jet and then to a sinking Siren ship. The ship then disappears.
PoW: Are they aware of how dangerous the power of the Sirens are?
Illustrious: Let's focus on rebuilding as fast as possible. The main Royal Navy forces should arrive soon. We will never be caught off guard again.
Cutting to a different shot of Enterprise's face as she walks on her ship with Spartan, or "Y/n". Meanwhile Prince of Wales is talking.
