Chapter 13

*Louis' p.o.v*

"Niall, his new boyfriend" I can't get that from replaying in my head. I had the chance of being with him but like always I Louis Tomlinson have to screw everything up. I sit on my bed and listen to the new Ed Sheeran album that I brought. I lie back on my bed and my eye's start to well up. I think its time for me to admit that I-I think I'm in love. I think I'm in love with Harry. But I ruined everything the other day with him, I doubt he'll ever talk to me again. But who blames him when I lied to him, I hurt him. There's a nock on my door "Dad? Liam's on the phone"Jake says opening the door and "never new you liked Sheeran" Jake smiles

"He's really good" I say taking the phone from him "Hey Li"

"You okay? You seem like you've been crying" Liam asks. Jake turns around and closes the door behind him

"Yeah. I'm a screw up" I tell him

"Wait. Meet me at that restraint down the road. My treat" Liam says, and I can tell he's smiling

"You've persuaded me now" I laugh. We say goodbye and I walk down the stairs putting my shoes on "Jake, I'm just going out with Liam I'll be back later" I shout upstairs and he shouts an okay back.

Once I reach the restaurant, I can't see Liam anywhere so I am taken to a table. Liam walks in minutes later and is taken to my table. "What's up?" He smiles

I take a deep breath "I think I'm in love. But I've ruined everything!" I huff

"How come I've only just heard of this?" Liam tuts "I'm supposed to be your best friend. Yet you forget to tell me simple things like this" Liam rants

"It's not simple Liam! It's a guy" I tell him and he looks at me weirdly

"But your not gay" Liam states

"I was straight or so I thought until this guy. He asked me to kiss him, so I kissed him. But I pulled away and basically said I wasn't gay" I tell Liam

"Can't you tell him the truth, surely he'll be okay with that" Liam reassures me but I shake my head

"He's now got a boyfriend" I tell him and Liam gives me an apologetic smile

"But he must like you, so he might leave him for you?" Liam says

"Also he's still in school" I say but am interrupted by a waitress taking our order of drinks

"What the hell Louis! You know that's wrong right? Liam asks whisper shouting at me

"Yep I know. Not adding the fact that I will be working there on Monday. Why is life is so complicated?" I say

"It wouldn't be life if it wasn't complicated, it would be boring as a black piece of paper. But when we add drawings and writing to the paper it becomes interesting like in life if we don't have these complicated thigs life would be plain like a peice of paper so we add these complicated drawings to it" Liam says making no sence whatsoever

"Li. That made no sence" I laugh

"What I'm saying is, I think you should at least try, because you don't want to end up with a blank peice of paper" Liam smiles

"Paper is life?" I ask and he nods "okay. That kinda makes more sence I guess"

"Glad you get my metaphor, it didn't really work I'll admit but it sounded good in my head" Liam laughs and I laugh at him, this is why he's my best mate. He makes no sence, but he always knows what he's talking about. He's like an old soul, who gives great advice on EVERYTHING! literally, he knows alot about life decisions and is a great person to help make decisions with. Or just to help you choose the right path.
