"Hey why don't you come with us Daichi?" "Kyoko he can't fight." "WHAT?!! HES A FIELD MEDIC AND CANT FIGHT!??" "Nope. He normally steers away from combat. Not like it matters, he's fast as hell." Just as we were talking Kero popped out from underneath the floor. "Oh hey Kero. Need something." "Where did it come from!?" Daichi screamed jumping backwards. "I don't know." Kero looked at the young man with a long pink braid. She tilted her head sideways in confusion. She pointed at him. "Oh yeah right this Daichi." "Anyways I'm bored now I'ma head out." "Ok bye Kyoko." I turned and looked at Daichi who held a look of fright. "What?" "AHHHHH! IT TALKS?!?!!" "No shit buddy." Kero walked over to him and at this point he froze from pure terror. "I-I'm s-s-sorry! I d-d-didn't m-mean to insult y-you!" She patted him on the back trying to reassure him. At this point I'm pretty sure he won't ever mentally recover from this.
A couple hours later...
Daichi ended up coming with us.
Kyoko took Daichi to the house we found the boy in.
Kyoko's POV
He looked around before turning back at me.
"What's this?" "What's what?" "This." Daichi said pointing at the button on the lamp. 'HOW DID I NOT SEE THAT-
HE PRESSED IT?!!! WTH IS HE THINKING!!?' Just then a ladder dropped down. 'WTF HES CLIMBING IT WITH NO FUCKING HESITATION!!? IM NOT EVEN THAT DUMB-'
