"OOWWWWEEE!"

"What happened?"

"I feel like I broke my back!"

"You wanna lay down?"

Lira and hiccup left the creepy island 4 hours ago and had been riding on toothless the whole time trying to continue their expedition. Lira was still wearing the necklace.

"Are you kidding hiccup, I can't move!" Lira was panicked and started to cry as the pain flaired.

"Lira, stay calm, were landing!"

"HURRY!!" Toothless dove down and Hiccup made sure that Lira's back didn't move. She screamed in pain. But as they landed the pain stopped and Lira collapsed into Hiccups arms.

"W-what happened?"

Lira's eyes glazed over to the point where it looked like she was blind.

"LIRA, LIRA? LIRA!"

Lira slipped from his arms and started to walk into the forest. She was under a trance and you could tell.

she kept walking Toothless and hiccup followed her into the deep woods of the new island. From a clearing in the woods a large beetle like dragon growled at Lira, she continued her walk oblivious to the large dragon. its swung its large horn around cutting Lira's thigh. Hiccup panicked and lunged at the dragon. it rumbled, he swung at it but its tough exoskeleton kept its soft skin safe. it stabbed though hiccups legs just barely missing him. Toothless shot at it 3 times. Lira snapped out of the trance and realized what was happening. Being behind the dragon she pulled out a dagger and shoved it under one of it's plates. The Dagger touched skin and cut the dragon. The dragon fled. Lira felt the pain in her thigh. Hiccup grabbed a wrap and stopped to look at the cut. It was deep.

"AAAAAAHHHHH!"

Lira gripped her leg.

"Hold on!"

It needed stitches, and hiccup pulled the supplies out of the saddle, Lira screamed as hiccup stiched the wind together. And more when he wiped the wound. Finally he wrapped it in gauze. He picked Lira up and carried her across the clearing to toothless. Lira felt a cut on hiccups shoulder making him hiss from pain and Lira hand got covered with blood.
"I'm hurting you," Lira sobbed, "I did this,"
"no it's not your fault, it's that necklace, we just have to get rid of it,"
"o.k."
Lira unclipped the back and slid the necklace away, but the curse stayed.
