Airplanes go higjt and so do your dreams

The ride to the airport was silent.

Jake was In the backseat with my lying down with his head on my lap. Grant was in the passengers seat and aunt sue was driving.

I closed my eyes knowing this was going to be a good 20 minut drive to the airport.

HONK. HONK.

Snap my head up. We were at the airport and the cars were honking left and right. Gee people ever heard of be quiet.

"This is your stop sweetie. I sure am going to miss you." My aunt said

And hugged me over the seat.

"I'm going to miss you too." I said releasing from the hug.

"Grant go and help her with the bags people and walk her in...just don't let her get lost please." She said and unlocked the door. Grant nodded his head and steppeded out me doing the same.

He grabbed my 2 suitcases and I got my duffle, purse, skateboard, and James leash in my hand.

We closed the trunk and walked In. We checked In at the front counter and put out bags on the convater belt. I kept my purse but put my duffle and skateboard on there. Jake was going to ride with me cause he as really quiet.

Grant walked me to the security

Gates as far as he could go.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around him. I buried my face in the crook of his neck.

"It's okay Spenc..ill be with you no matter what I'm only one phone call away.." He said and put me down. He wiped away one of my tears coming down my face.

"I'm going to miss you so much grant..you know you've always been like my big brother." He smiled and I gave him one more squeeze before I picked up my purse and Jakes leash from the ground.

I gave Grant one last wave good bye before going through security.

Once me and jake got back out of security it was aldready time to board the plane.

I walked over to 4B where my plane was and showed the lady my ticket.

She took off the bottom part and handed me back the rest. Me and jake boarded the plane and took our seats.

I put my purse in the seat next to me cause I got the seat to myself cause I had jake. I leaned my head back against the seat an closed my eyes. This was going to be a long trip.

The plane took off as I drifted off into a dreamless sleep.
