DUE TO BOKUTO'S BIG MOUTH, everyone now knows about him and y/n's relationship. even if she insisted on keeping it a secret, he couldn't help but tell all the people he knows how lucky he was, dating akaashi y/n. it wasn't really surprising because anyone could tell they had something between them from the very start, but still, they were now the talk of the school, the power couple.
akaashi was happy for both of them, even if he didn't show it. once he heard the news from bokuto, he felt so relieved that someone like him will be taking care of her, he knew bokuto very well and he was sure that he'll do anything to make her happy. he knew that y/n was nervous since it was her first time dating someone, that's why he didn't tease her about it, instead, he spent the whole night with her, watching her favorite ghibli movies together.
kaori and yukie couldn't stop the teasing as they went from morning till night after practice. they loved every reaction y/n has made and they found it really adorable. bokuto, on the other hand, was living his best life- admiring his girlfriend from afar and thanking god for everything, for giving him someone like y/n.
since the history teacher was absent, school finished early for y/n, she was thankful for that, knowing that she'll have some peaceful sleep, away from kaori and yukie. but as the world was against her, the female found kiyoko, standing in front of her house.
confused, y/n walked towards her best friend, tapping her shoulder gently.
"kiyoko, what the hell are you doin-"
"so I'm the last one to hear the news?"
kiyoko put her hands on her hips as she stared blankly at y/n.
"i have no idea wh-"
"i thought im your best friend, bitch how dare you."
kiyoko rolled her eyes as she grabbed the keys from
y/n's hand and unlocked the door and went inside, leaving y/n completely confused.
and then it hit her.
she forgot to tell kiyoko about her and bokuto.
"oh."

after what felt like a while of apologizing, kiyoko finally gave in and forgave her. y/n was forced to tell her everything that had happened, mentioning every single detail. she had no choice but to tell her about their first kiss too. when talking about it, she couldn't help but smile at the moment that they shared together. it felt so magical, so right.
"you're smiling like an idiot again."
kiyoko smirked as she threw a pillow at her friend's face.
"shut up, im not. anyway, are we done? i wanna sleep."
y/n grabbed the pillow and hugged it as a yawn escaped her lips.
"no we're not. tell me more!"
the beautiful manager rested her cheek on her palm, waiting for y/n to tell her more about her love story.
"i litterly told you everything. wha-"
before she could continue, her phone buzzed. y/n sighed and grabbed her phone from her pocket, seeing bokuto's name flashing on the screen.
she looked away from her phone only to be met with kiyoko's smug face. rolling her eyes, she answered the call.
"what."
"HEY HEY HEY, MY BEAUTIFUL Y/N-CHAN! I MISSED YOU, DID YOU MISS ME?"
"that's why you called?"
"EHHH DON'T BE LIKE THAT, DON'T YOU.. miss me too?"
"no no, i really missed you, kotaro."
"YEYYYYY! I MISSED YOU MORE! ANYWAY! we finished practice early so,, wanna hang out? like,, a romantic date, just me and my baby~"
y/n's face flushed and she was quick to shake her head and clear her throat.
"uh-"
"GREAT, I'LL SEE YOU IN AN HOUR, I LOVE YOU Y/N-CHANNNNNNNNNN!"
with that, he hang up.
"pfft-"
"don't start, kiyoko."
y/n kissed her plans to sleep the whole evening goodbye as bokuto asked her to go on date. kiyoko stayed with y/n to do her hair and help her choose her outfit. after taking a quick shower, the (e/c) eyed girl walked towards her room and stood in front of her mirror.
"y/n, do you like this one?"
kiyoko pointed at the outfit that she has picked earlier. as she saw it, her eyes widened and she quickly walked towards her bed.
"what the hell kiyoko?"
y/n blinked, pointing at bokuto's volleyball jersey that she paired with a cute black skirt.
"trust me, you'd kill him."
kiyoko winked as she stood up and walked towards the bathroom.
once when bokuto spent the night with akaashi and y/n, he forgot his volleyball jersey there. but when y/n washed it and gave it to him the next morning, he refused and told her to keep it.
"so.. what do you think-"
y/n pouted as she walked towards kiyoko who was scrolling down her phone. once she saw her, she gasped and walked towards her.
"awww,, you look so pretty baby!"
kiyoko beamed as she cupped y/n's face, making her scoff.
suddenly, there was a loud knock on the door. y/n walked towards it and opened it, revealing no one other than bokuto, wearing a black turtleneck sweater along with black ripped jeans. he looked extremely hot.
"is...is that my volleyball jersey?"
bokuto asked as his face turned into shades of pink, earning a nod from her. they both kept staring at each other for a while until kiyoko came and pushed them out of the house.
"enjoy your date you two. y/n, I'll clean the mess you made then ill leave."
kiyoko smiled before closing the door.
"shall we,, baby owl?"
bokuto extended his hand as he grinned at the girl. nodding her hand, she gently held it.
"where are we going?"
y/n asked bokuto as she followed him from behind, he intertwined his fingers with hers and turned around to face her with his bright smile.
"that's a secret!"
bokuto suddenly stopped which made y/n bump into his back.
"what the hell, kota-"
before she could continue, he pulled her closer to him by her waist and tuck her hair behind her ear as he softly whispered in it.
"you look so cute in my clothes baby.."
