Mayuri never believed that dreams could turn into reality but the very moment she entered in dwapar yuga proved that her life never contained a line between dreams and reality.

Here she was, getting decked up for her wedding day. If you had said this to the previous Mayuri, she would scoff and roll her eyes but now here with the women of her life surrounding her.

It was a bit too crowded for her liking but after all it was her wedding day, the entire dwarka is celebrating.

"No not that one rohini, bring the red one" devaki said as creases of worry formed over her forehead.

"Satya, can you bring that garland here?" Rukmini questioned while herself being busy in something who knows what.

Mayuri watched them all with a long sigh, dressed in her bathing robes. She was yet to be given a holy bath. Well you see, the precious women of her life insisted that they would bear no help from maids or anyone and will get her ready with their own hands. Now here they were busy in shuffling around to make things right. It felt like a typical family at that moment.

"Matas, bhabhishrees. Take a chill pill" Mayuri stated in an attempt to calm them down although she herself was having a storm inside her heart.

"No mayu, there's so many things to be done and we are not even done with your bath yet" rohini replied shaking her head.

"Can we help?" Two melodious voices made everyone stop at their tracks. Mayuri immediately recognised the voices which belong to none other than the supreme mothers, Parvati and Saraswati.

"Maa" Mayuri exclaimed and immediately rushed to touch their feet. "How could we miss your wedding Mayuri" Parvati said caressing her cheek.

The mother goddesses were dressed in simple clothes. Clothes which were worn by the high priestess to bless the bride. The family of dwarka welcomed them with rohini and devaki thinking they were just the gurumaa of Mayuri but alas they didn't knew the reunion of the trinity.

Soon they began mayuri's holy bath, bathing her with milk and applying the various substances to her entire body. She stepped into the cold water and dipped herself under it as millions of thoughts ran in her head.

When the bath was done, Mayuri took a look at her wedding attire and gasped at its beauty. It was complete red with golden embroidery, the antariya was beautifully plated around her waist with the red veil flowing through her shoulder down to the floor. Rukmini and satyabhama started adorning her with the majestic jewelleries. Each piece of her jewellery was in gold holding precious stones.

The armlets, anklets, kamarbandh looked breathtaking on Mayuri. Finally it was the time for her actual shringar. Her hands and feet were beautifully decorated with alta.

"From now your hair will always be tied Mayuri, you must never leave your hair free infront of others expect your husbands and family" Devaki gently spoke as she started to braid her long brown hair.

"That's sounds like a menace!" Mayuri jokingly whined making the other women chuckle. They adored her long braid with roses and jasmines with the majestic mang tika resting over her forehead.

When everything was done Mayuri finally took a glance at herself in the mirror and let out a dramatic gasp.

"Now, would you look at that? Our mayu isn't a little girl anymore" revati spoke as her eyes held pure bliss. Mata Parvati kept the final veil over mayuri's head and kissed her temple. "It's time to go mayu" devaki and rohini's eyes teared up at her sight showring her with affection "don't worry maa, no matter where I go. I must always be remembered as your both daughter" her sweet words caused them to smiled happily, with one last look at her they led her out of the chamber gracefully.
