Payu: Hello, hi, are you the manager? Yes. I am sure your nice customer representative already informed you of the case. I would like to cut straight to the chase please. Either you refund me for this purchase which was faulty due to your company, I have already submitted the proofs or I bring this case to the claims court and if I do, I will make sure that your management do more than just refund us back the money. If you do not believe I will do what I do, please check my record and you should see a familiar name, Khun Pakin who is my reference. Lovely to hear that. Thank you for your kind assistance. Rain: I didn't know Khun Pakin's name is so powerful. 

Payu: Well you better believe it babe, he owns a lot of stuff. Besides it's not unreasonable for us to warn companies who may try to skip their responsibilities. 

Rain: I didn't know P'Payu would be so particular about getting refunds like this. 

Payu: Babe, it s a customized car seat for our baby and it's not exactly cheap so of course I would be more particular.

Rain: You sound so gentlemanly and hot when you are talk formal and polite.

Sky: Writing a complaint letter. My shipment of One Piece merchandise was lost and they refused to refund me so now I am writing a complaint letter to corporate. 

Prapai: So if you do that, you will get a refund?

Sky: Well, I have to try. It's my fault for wanting the Luffy themed baby onesie. I thought it would be so cute for our princess. 

Prapai: Hey, no one mess with my princess's Luffy themed baby onesie. Let me see the company name? 

Sky: Here. 

Prapai: Give me a second. I need to make calls. 

Sky: P'Pai...what are you planning to do?

Prapai: Make them refund my Sky or give me a Luffy themed baby onesie or both. 

Sky: Wow, you sound like a lawyer. 

Prapai: Okay it's done. 

Sky: What's done? 

Prapai: My cousin said the company is actually one of their smaller subsidiaries overseas. He made a few calls and they will refund you in full AND we will get the entire collection of One Piece themed baby onesies. 

Sky: P'Pai...that's...abuse of power...?

Prapai: Well, what's the point of having power if you can't abuse it? 

Sky: I can't win your logic but thanks for the baby onesies.
