"Thank you for your bringing the twins over, Sky, Pai," Payu smiled even though he made no effort to take either one of the twins from his best friends. Sky and Prapai exchanged quick looks but said nothing. 

Prapai took a step forward but that in turn on only made Payu take a step back. It was subtle but definitely noticeable. Both Sky and Prapai received a call last night from Payu. Rain's condition seemed to be improving and and the doctor said he might be waking up soon. "Doctor Kit said, with enough encouragements from family, there is a possibility it will help to wake Rain faster." Payu said, much more enthused that he has been for the past few weeks. 

"That's what the doctor said. That's why I thought, maybe the twins being around will help. We only let the twins around Rain once and since then, more than a month passed...," Payu said as if it was meant to himself without waiting for either Sky or Prapai to respond. 

"Friend, it's okay. The twins are here now. Why don't we go see him now?" Prapai asked but Payu shook his head. "Doctor Kit is doing his usual round with the other doctors and they are still in there. We can't get in until they are out," 

Sky looked at Prapai and nudged him a little. Prapai got the hint immediately. 

"You know what, then, why don't we just get you freshen up while we wait for the doctors to finish their round?" 

Payu look confused. What does Prapai mean? 

"Freshen me up? I am fine," 

"I mean, Rain might just wake up anytime now so why don't we get you shaved a little and have your hair in your usual man bun style, so Rain can see his handsome P'Payu the first thing he open his eyes?," Sky added and nudged Prapai again. "Exactly. Good idea Sky.  What do you think Prapai? I got some spare casual clothes in my car and an emergency hygiene kit. The twins can stay with Sky first right, babe?" 

Sky smiled. "Of course. We'll just keep them in the strollers and let them nap. It's their nap time anyway. See? Junior and Blue getting all sleepy," Payu stared as his sons eyes close slowly while they were just cooing happily just a while ago. 

Payu nodded. "You're right. I should look good for Rain, if anything. Thanks Sky, for taking care of them," Sky shook his head. "No problem at all. Go ahead," Sky encouraged Prapai to take Payu to freshen up. 

Sky observed as Prapai walked Payu towards the lift. It was the first time Payu asked to see his own twins. Taking care two more babies aside his own wasn't easy but for Rain and Payu, it was something both Sky and Prapai prepared to do. They plan to slowly bring the twins regularly to see Payu and also Rain, Payu more so since he has been distant from the twins since Rain went into coma. 

Sky and Prapai was glad to receive the call when Payu asked them to bring the twins to the hospital. Sky took a seat by the bench while tucking Junior and Blue's blankets properly as they napped. Not long enough, a bunch of doctors exited Rain's room. Amongst them was Doctor Kit who noticed and saw Sky immediately and walked over to greet Sky. 

"Khun Sky, how are you doing? The baby?" 

"I am doing great. Not too great for Prapai since he is a worrywart but yeah, thank goodness we have an easy baby." Sky said politely. Doctor Kit took a look at the double pram and back at Sky. 

"They are Payu and Rain's twins. I left mine at home, the car can't seem to fit three baby seats,"

"Right. Both you and Khun Prapai did go through with taking over caring for the twins," Doctor Kit smiled. Sky returned the smile.
