Doctor Phana: It is for a more thorough check up, for a peace of mind of course and as a doctor, I shouldn't make assumptions but umm...there's a possibility that...Khun Nuea is expecting.

Doctor Phana: Yes, expecting in terms of...pregnant. I think the possibility of Khun Nuea expecting is pretty high, with the obvious symptoms you have mentioned and from the conditions he is in now. Of course, a more thorough check up at the hospital will confirm it. 

Sailom: Doctor...my Nuea...he is pregnant!? I will be a dad!?
