Your P.O.V.

"Fly high, Y/n."

I looked beside me as Chaewon gave me a pat on the back.

"What the hell?" I asked.

"I know you hate Karina so much, but you have to tolerate each other for the competition. Okay?" she said.

"At this point, I don't know if you're really comforting me or just teasing." I expressed.

She laughed lightly before we continued walking to the cafeteria.

On the way, we saw a number of students huddled over the bulletin board. We were supposed to just pass by, but when I took a peek of what it was I immediately pushed through the crowd.

Once I managed to go in front, I finally saw the list of qualified applicants for the drama club.

Oh my God.

"YES! I GOT IN!" I cheered and jumped in happiness when I saw my name at the very top of the list.

"You got in?! Oh my God you did it!" Yunjin screamed as they ran over to me.

"Where's your name- oh my God you're at the top!" Sakura quickly went to look at the paper and cheered as soon as she read my name.

"OH! Look at the person who also got in!" Eunchae nudged me repeatedly, making me look at the list again.

"Wow, even at a list you two can't be separated. How is she just below you?" Chaewon laughed.

"You mean, below my name. Fix your wording please." I corrected Chaewon.

"Chaewon might be referring to that one time at PE class when you were on top of-" I quickly covered Zuha's mouth before she could finish.

"Shush. Anyways, it says here that training starts later after classes." I added.

"Aww, then you won't be able to walk home with us again." Eunchae said.

"You guys will probably have training every day. You still want to join?" Yunjin asked.

"Of course! There's no way I would lose to that loser." I muttered as I read her name on the list.

She has been really getting on my nerves now more than ever. Just when I thought I could have a peaceful club experience, she suddenly comes in and auditions. Then the competition, and now this.

And since I can't run away now, I'll just have to do my best and take back my spot from her.

"First of all, welcome to the drama club and congratulations to all of you who made it here. We're glad that many students were interested in joining, more so that many were also skilled."

We all clapped our hands as I smiled and stared at her.

"My name is Xiaoting, a senior and this club's president." she introduced.

She then called the other members on stage and introduced them. As I looked at her, she definitely has this presence that can catch anyone's attention. It was not just her beauty, but the way she shows confidence and warmly speaks to us.

"I know it's only your first day here, but traditions must be held. We will start training you and see the potential you have with your peers."

After that, she called us all on stage to start with the basics. Unintentionally, my eyes found their way to Yoo's, who was just a few feet away from me.

I rolled my eyes and quickly went to the other side of the stage so I wouldn't cross paths with her.

After doing face exercises and solo activities together, we were all instructed to walk around the stage. It was confusing at first, but I had a guess as to what they wanted us to do. And I only had one goal in mind.
