Your P.O.V.

"Come on, pay up losers!" Yunjin cheered as Sakura, Kazuha, and Ningning placed money on the table.

Karina and I had just arrived at the classroom, and this is what we see.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked while sitting down on my chair with Karina standing behind me.

"We all had a very nice bet." Giselle smirked before her and the other girls split the amount.

"What bet? Why wasn't I aware of it?" Karina questioned, scooting my chair backwards and suddenly sitting on my lap– with her back facing me, of course.

"Yeah, I wasn't aware either." I whined.

As I wrapped my arms around Karina's waist, the girls looked at our position with teasing gazes.

"Well that's because the bet was about you two." Eunchae grinned.

I glanced up at Karina, just as she looked at me with raised eyebrows. Then we both burst out laughing.

"Excuse me, but what kind of bet was that about exactly?" I asked.

"About whether or not you two will be girlfriends in less than a month after that play." Minjeong shrugged.

"Funny how a week hasn't even passed and you two got together already." Giselle added while laughing.

"Okay, hold up. How did you guys even know–"

"Oh please, we all know rumors spread fast. It seems you two couldn't get your hands off each other at the party." Chaewon wiggled her eyebrows at us teasingly.

I felt my cheeks heat up after remembering what happened last week in that dimly lit room after those two strangers closed the door and left us alone. 

"Okay, understandable. But why did you guys bet on one month?" Karina questioned as she crossed her arms, leaning back against me.

"It's either Y/n was too cowardly to admit her feelings, or that... No actually, it's only for that reason." Yunjin shrugged.

"Hey! I am not!" I defended, unintentionally pulling my arms away from Karina to smack Yunjin on the arm.

"Oh, you definitely were. Would you have confessed to me if you weren't jealous of that guy I was talking with?" Karina scoffed.

Gasps and giggles were heard from the other girls as I looked at her with wide eyes. Seriously? Now they're all ganging up on me?

"Excuse me, you pretty face. That's not–"

"Yes, darling?" as Karina looked at me with a grin on her lips, I immediately pursed my lips and looked away.

"Nothing." I shook my head slightly as I felt my face get warmer.

"Wow, we definitely know who's on top–"

"Shh, Ningning. There's a kid here." Yunjin covered the girl's mouth quickly.

"What top?" Eunchae asked while looking at us.

"Top of the class." Sakura answered while eyeing the other girls.

"Yes, of course. She took that from Y/n, right?" Kazuha stifled a laugh.

"So Y/n was on top before, but they switched now." Chaewon snorted.

"They can switch from time to time–"

"Okay you guys, stop it." I rolled my eyes as they all started laughing.

"Sorry, you two are just fun to tease. And by 'two', I especially mean you Y/n." Yunjin smirked as she pointed at me.

"It's always me." I scoffed and scowled at her.
