Your P.O.V.

I woke up with heavy eyelids and a slightly numb body. Maybe this was just the exhaustion from yesterday and the rain last night, so I decided to lay down some more.

Our exams are getting near again. And since I decided to let myself loose a little, I won't exhaust myself on reviewing. Heck, I probably won't even try to study for it.

Since it was the weekend, and I don't want to stay in this house today, I planned on going out again. After laying down for a little more, I took a shower and just wore casual clothes since I wasn't really in the mood.

Thankfully, my parents weren't there when I went out. Probably out on some business, or whatever. I don't want to care anymore.

As soon as I arrived at the mall, the first thing I did was eat. I haven't eaten dinner last night and being so mentally drained can get me so hungry. So I decided to just order a big meal and make it a brunch.

Just as I finished, I received a message from Chaewon.

Just hanging around at the mall. Maybe go shopping, whatever

It's okay. I can handle myself.

As much as I wanted to hang out with them, I just didn't want to be a disturbance. If I lean or depend on them too much, I might get used to it and think that they'll always be there for me.

Of course, as friends they will be there for me. But I can't depend on them all the time. And I can't help but feel like everything that's happening to me is a burden to them.

Well anyway, I decided not to dwell on it any longer. I stood up and decided to walk around while looking for cute things to buy. Until...

"You want this?"
"I just think it's cute."

Ugh. The two lovebirds.

I rolled my eyes as I saw the eyesore couple, Jeno and Yoo. They were looking at some plushies and other cute stuff that I was supposed to look at, but nevermind. Don't want my rest day to be ruined.

I decided to shrug it off and look elsewhere. Since I didn't find any new movies interesting, I just looked for new clothes or stationery to buy. Not like I will study from now on anyways, I could just keep my collection updated.

"What are you looking for?" I flinched in surprise when a promodizer approached me.

"Uhm, just looking at some clothes." I sheepishly replied.

I always felt awkward and a little uncomfortable whenever they approached me. I know it's their job to do so, I just maybe wanted to look on my own.

When I came across a cute blouse, I took it out of the rack and carefully checked if it would fit me.

"That blouse would look good on you, ma'am!" I almost jumped in surprise again when the same lady came over to me.

"Thank you." I forced out a smile before putting the shirt back.

"You can try it on if you'd like! We have different sizes for that." she offered.
