After the night where Lisa saw Jennie for the last time, something inside of her broke, and she couldn't find a way to fix it.

Lisa gave her heart to Jennie, and Jennie took it, and smashed it on the ground, breaking it like a fine glass of wine Lisa was very fond of, and then spat on it.

Even if Lisa pleaded with her not to leave, it was too late, Jennie made up her mind and she was sticking to it.

Lisa would never forget the cold gaze the small brunette gave her before turning around and leaving Lisa all alone in the middle of the midnight street.

The moon was shining that night, shining brightly as if it was comforting her. Lisa fell to the ground, sobbing uncontrollably, the stones on the rough concrete road were diging into Lisa's knees.

She kept crying not even caring if someone from the neighborhood was awake and could see her from the window.

But a car suddenly approached her, the front lights were burning her wet eyes as she looked up.

A young man's figure stepped out of the car, his silhouette looked pretty well build. He was getting closer as Lisa tried to brush all the tears from her face. He approached her carefully.

"Ma'am are you okay?"

A concerned soft voice voice echoed, not what Lisa expected from this tall man who seemed to have a cold attitude from his looks.

Lisa didn't even stand up, she just stared blankly at the young man.

"Can i help you in any way?"

He asked again, trying to get Lisa to talk.
But she continued to stare blankly, emotionless from how much she cried.

"My name is Bang Chan, but you can call me Chris ,can i ask what's yours?"

He tried to comfort her by telling his name first, as he realized he was a stranger to her and she might be scared.
The young man squatted down to Lisa steadily.

Lisa snapped out of her trance, finally blinking and scanning the young man's concerned expression.

"Lisa"

She replied with a hoarse voice, it came out weak because there was a hint of swollen vocal cords, which indicated that she was probably crying for a long time now.

"Nice to meet you Lisa, it's pretty late, may i ask what were you doing here? you could've got run over if i wasn't driving so slow"

He was still squatting down to Lisa's height to seem small and harmless, keeping eye contact to assure her he has no bad intentions.

Lisa wanted to be rude and tell him to fuck off because it's none of his business, and that he probably should've ran over her, it would be better than having to endure all this pain.
But Lisa was feeling way too weak to argue with a stranger, and if he'd get mad at her and tried to hurt her, she'd probably wouldn't have the strength to fight him off.

"I just had an argument with my friend, I'm sorry i was in the middle of the road"

Lisa said politely, something she never does, because she hates most people, and even though her parents taught her to have manners and be polite to strangers, she'd completely erased it from her mind right after her father was diagnosed. She didn't care what people thought of her anymore, it didn't matter if the one person who's opinion mattered to her the most was dead.

"It's okay, i was just worried about you, i know we're strangers but if you need help getting home, I'd be glad to assist, i promise I'm not a serial killer"
