A/n: I am so sorry about the late, and short, update. My laptop is broken (I somehow deleted the whole operation system when factory resetting it) and I'm using an old iPad first generation I found in my house. Needless to say, this was ass. - Graeysonn

The amount of adrenaline coursing through there veins was probably the only thing preventing them from passing out. Sure, Kiara and Mackenzie had managed to get out of multiple close calls before, but they had the knowledge to asses the situation at hand. It was obvious that with three large men, all baring guns, there cunning minds and quick wit wouldn't do anything.

Mackenzie actually feared it would do them worse, to present themselves in a seductive way. They stayed by each others side the whole dive, putting up a fight as the men easily separated them once they arrived at a large estate.

"Let go," Mackenzie screamed as a large armed man came behind her and dragged her towards the house. "Where are you taking her? Kie? Kiara!"

She started to kick and flay her limbs around as she was easily dragged away from her friend. Kie watched in a fit of fear as her friend was dragged inside the estate leaving her behind with two more armed men. Her own fate weighed heavily over her shoulders as the men pointed a gun at her and nudged her inside.

"Stop it." Mackenzie yelled, she grabbed onto the side of a door frame as the man dragged her inside the room. One of her nails ripped upwards and off, drawing blood and a loud yelp, as she gripped onto the frame. "Let me go! Do you know who I am?"

The man ignored her and ripped her hand off the door frame with such force that she toppled out of his arms and onto the floor, bumping into a chair with her elbow. "You are a stupid man for doing that."

She was desperate, playing on the factor of her Father's powerful name and taking the chances that these men where unaware of his presumed fate. Even Mackenzie herself wasn't sure of the fate of her own family. Melanie had been seen on the boat, and with that she assumed Alexander was present also. Her brother, Sutton, being in the FBI she could only assume was already tracking them done and aware of Mackenzie whereabouts.

Again, assumed.

"You are a funny girl," The man taunted, "Get changed. I'll be back in five minutes, do not upset him."

With that he left her alone in the room allowing her to take a look at her surroundings. She made a bolt to the door, rattling the knob to find it was locked, which didn't come at much of a surprise.

In the room there was a bed with a wooed chair at the foot at it, the one she had knocked into, and on the bad sat two dresses. When she looked closer at the dresses she noticed that one was a long black silk dress with a low back, and the other looked like an older cocktail slip dress that was covered in flowers.

She wanted to protest and not cater to the captors demands, but she also knew the possible outcome at doing that and decided to pull a dress onto her sore and dirt covered body with only a few seconds to spare before the door flung open.

The same man as before stepped into the room and firmly grabbed her arm, escorting her down a hallway and into a room. Mackenzie's eyes feel on Kie before shifting to see Rafe Cameron sat beside her. Her eyes widened at the sight of the boy, if he was here that meant Ward, Melanie, and Alexander where also.

"Miss Jones, how nice of you to join us. Please take a seat." A man that she had recognized from some distant memory spoke, gesturing to the seat beside Rafe, she could only assume this was the Mr. Singh the men in the vehicle had been speak in about earlier. "I was just telling your friends a story about El Dorado. Do you remember it?"

Mackenzie knitted her eyebrow together in confusion, something about the man was very familiar. As she took as eat beside Rafe who gave her a warning smile she returned it. It Rafe was treading the water with Mr. Singh she knew better than to get either of the upset.

"Vaguely." She spoke firmly. Alexander used to tell Sutton and herself about El Dorado as children when ever he was drunk. He had a business partner who would meet with him and bring artifacts and maps, drinking heavily together in fits of anger.

"You where young." Singh was amused, "You three are going to play a part in that. What about you Miss Carrera? Are you interested in history?"

"I'm more of a future person." Kie responded, shifting with uneasiness in her seat.

"Yah, I don't listen to a word you said, okay? How much you gonna keep philosphing?" Rafe questioned, pinching his eyebrows.

Singh chucked in response, nodding his head, "You are direct, aren't you, Mr Cameron?"

"What do you need from us?" Mackenzie asked, making sure to hold his eye contact to show him her false confidence.

"I've come to believe that you and your friends are in possession of something that can help me get what I want." Sign responded, "An old manuscript. A diary actually."

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Rafe spoke up, shaking his head.

"This is ridiculous, I don't know anything about a diary." Kie scoffed.

"But how else could you have learned that the cross was on he Royal Merchant?" Singh questioned.

"Look, we want to help you, but we can't." Kie shook her head.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that, you know." Singh responded, "Because unfortunately, I don't believe you. You and your friends here couldn't have found the cross with out it."

"He is not our friend." Mackenzie said as she glared at Rafe.

"Oh, I am aware of the relations." Singh smiled, "Miss Cameron. Do I look likes fool to you? You have the cross, Mr.Cameron, and your friends had it at one point. So one of you has the diary and if you really don't know, than I suggest you convince your brother and friend to tell me. Once I have the diary you'll be free to leave."

He slowly stood up, "You should be thankful, Miss Cameron, I lied to my own business partner about your where about. We all know Mr. Jones is not going to be kind."
