All the apps you're seeing on the app store are third party. And a trap to get your data. These are safety hazards, so don't.
There won't be an app either.
AO3 is build on being a save haven for Fanfiction with no censorship of any kind.
Which doesn't roll with the stores. To abide their guidelines, AO3 would have to censor a shit ton. Not only would this be a logistic nightmare, maybe even an herculean task, but it would kill the site. Users would nope out, the site would die, the app won't be worth shit. AO3 would go against its founding principles.
There is no app, there will never be, stop asking, not gonna happen. The dozen third party apps on the App stores, don't touch them!
There are apps that are paywalling AO3. AO3 is free to use. And earning money via Fanfiction is illegal, so these are Scams with a capital S.
