Common titles on Wattpad are:
Normal title (CharacterA X CharacterB/XYZ AU/Fandom)
All the stuff in the () is not needed on AO3. In fact, they aren't even needed in Wattpad titles. That's what, on both sides, the tags are for!
Put the ship in the relationship tag section, the AU in the additional tags. The fandom is also it's own section. A section you are required to fill out before posting.
The title just needs to be a title.
