Despite AO3 being chill when it comes to content, AO3 is on top of their Harrassment Policy.
Just tagging that you'll harm, kill or otherwise endanger users will get you a perma-ban. Yes, that did happen. Shipping wars.
The same goes for requests that your readers do such to specific people, be it users or real people, i.e politicians.
Real-Person Fanfiction does not count as harrassment on default, as it it fictional. Data considered public knowledge is also fine, but non-public, accurate data, that is against the TOS.
