Amy came rushing to the beach where her friends were, holding a newspaper. "Guys! Something exciting is happening in our town!" she said excitedly. "Eggman?" Sonic asked.
"No, Sonic, that's boring, not exciting. Anyways, a very special mobian is coming to the Village!" Amy explained, her smile widening.
"Well, what's their name?" Tails asked, peering over the paper. "Her name is Lyria the Hedgehog, one of the most famous singers of all time," Amy said.
"Great, all we need now is another music battle with more hypnotizing music," Sonic said glumly. "Sonic, she's way better than Justin Beaver, not to mention she's basically a one woman band," Amy said, glaring daggers at Sonic.
"Yeah, and I've listened to her music before. She's not hypnotizing anyone. If she was, her voice would sound like Justin Beaver's when he tried to hit that high note," Sticks confirmed.
The boys shuddered and grimaced as the memory replayed over and over in their heads.
"Well, when is she coming?" Knuckles asked. "Tomorrow! Oh, I can't wait!" Amy said. "She's probably just a show off and a liar," Sonic remarked. "Sonic, you have no room to talk," Tails said. "You're quite the show off and liar, yourself."
