Ao'nung frowned. Having to sit in the drawing room while watching his father and the Beauforts laugh among themselves as if he didn't have more important things to do.

Rotxo sighed next to him, looking uneasy.

"Where is Reya?" He whispered.

"Sick." Ao'nung mumbled, but even if they kept their voices quiet, they still managed to draw attention.

"Say, Ao'nung, it's been a long time since we last saw each other, how have you been?" Theo asked, staring at him with those haunting dark eyes.

His pale skin made him have the appearance of a ghost, and his blond hair didn't help much. His sister would have looked almost identical if not for the fact that she was a woman.

"Yes, It sure has been a long time, although I expected to keep it that way." He grimaced avoiding his eyes.

"You sure have changed a lot, I don't remember you having such a bad temper!" Ivanna laughed to herself.

"I was wondering, is there any reason why I am yet to see my fiancé?"

"That's right, where is your sister?" Tonowari looked at Ao'nung who didn't even spare him a glance.

"Upstairs, she..."

"Well, then, I would go see what is going on." He stood up before hearing any reason. He entered Tsireya's room where she was peacefully laying on her back while looking out the window.

"Is there any reason why you are still not dressed?" Tonowari sighed, standing by the door.

"I'm sick." She explained in a little voice, closing her eyes in pain.

"Tsireya..." He sighed growing stressed. "You are not sick, you are throwing a tantrum. I need you to dress and go downstairs, you shall greet our guests properly. Five minutes." He demanded and was soon out of the door.

Not long after a maid entered the room and Tsireya had to get up with an incredible amount of effort. Her body felt heavy and there was a pounding headache making her feel dizzy.

"Miss?" The young woman spoke with worry in her voice.

"Yes?" Tsireya barely mumbled as put her hair up properly.

"Should I bring more firewood? It's not so cold in here, but I can see you shivering."

Tsireya stopped for a moment. Her dress had long sleeves, and she was wearing many undergarments to keep her warm, but she still felt her feet ice cold and she was lightheaded, but she assumed that the lack of sleep was taking a toll on her.

"That would be good, thank you." She said before leaving. She walked down the stairs slowly, growing more conscious of the sudden weakness in her body.

By the time she arrived at the drawing room, she felt a little out of breath, but she couldn't sit due to Theo and Ivanna standing to greet her.

"Oh my word, look at you!" Ivanna walked up to her to hold her hands, but after a moment she frowned. "Do you feel alright? You look...sick."

"I am, perfectly fine. How was your trip?"

"Well, you know how she is, can't for the love of everything get rid of the dreadful motion sickness." Theo laughed, but even then Tsireya didn't spare him a glance.

"But it was worth it. I've missed you so much!"

"Yes, I've missed you too." Tsireya gave her a tiny, very weak smile.
