*Jay's Pov*

Kevin had been put in charge for today because Hank wasn't here. Neither was Kayla but after her last confession, I doubt she'll be back, considering she told us that she didn't want anything to do with us.

"Where is Hank anyway?" Asked Kim.

"Doing something." Said Kevin.

"Where?"

"Dunno. All I know, is that we need to be waiting at Harvey's house in 20 minutes and hide before he gets home in an hour. We need to set up cameras and get a back up unit. Also, he's with Kayla."

"Why is he with her? After how rude she was?" Asked Antonio.

"Not sure. Let's get going guys." Said Kevin as he grabbed the cases of guns.

When we pulled up, I could just tell that Harvey loved his money. Yeah, governers and senators get paid a lot but not this much. He had made deals with others to be able to get this. No one earns this much.

Stepping into his house, we searched the whole place top to bottom. I've got the same feeling that Kayla had that day. Something didn't feel right.

Kim and I were just about to step into the basement when I held my hand up and told her to silence her radio. There was a bloody beaten man with five bombs around him. His breathing was ragged and his head was hanging on it's on. It's almost like it was detached from his body. This guy had gone through hell and it wasn't likely that he was going to walk out of it.

Kim slowly walked towards him, as much as I tried to pull her back but she didn't listen. Reaching a hand out, she checked for a pulse, looking at me as she shook her head.

"He's dead." She whispered.

Her gaze dropped as she backed away, keeping her eyes on the bombs as she tried to find my arm.

"Hey, I'm here. What's wrong?"

"There's a timer. We need to go, now."

We legged it up the stairs, grabbing the others on the way and trying our best to not make a sound let alone key our radios.

We jumped forward as the windows shattered and wood splintered from the house before it burst into flames.

Lights and sirens were all around us as 51 pulled up and dragged us up from the floor, giving us a once look over before they handed us off to the Paramedics.

"Anyone else inside?" Asked Boden.

"No. It's just us."

"Got it." He said as they began hosing the house down.

"Jay, buddy, come take a seat," Said Kelly as he grabbed a cotton bud. "This may hurt."

He poured solution into the cut, making me hiss and grab his hand.

"Don't be such a pussy." He laughed.

"Fuck off, Kelly." I said through laughter.

"Where's the angry one gone?"

"Don't know, don't care."

"What happened?" Asked Hermann as we gathered by the trucks now the house was no longer on fire.

"She was a bitch. We never should've taken her on." Said Kim.

"Yeah. What she said was horrible. Apparently she never liked any of us and was just using us." I added.

"She's got trust issues." Defended Kevin.

"Yeah, not suprised. But hey, give her a break. She doesn't like working in teams and I'm not surprised why." Said Kelly as he pulled his eyes from his phone.
