30: SHOT ?

Yoongi pushed the ramen towards her, Y/n reluctantly took it, her stomach growling softly despite her protest. She sighed, realizing that Yoongi was right, they didn't know how long they would be trapped in the bunker.

"I'll heat it up for you," Taehyung offered, taking the can of beans and the ramen packet from Jungkook. He glanced at Y/n with a reassuring smile before turning to the small stove in the corner of the bunker.

As Taehyung heated up the food, the rest of the group gathered around, trying to make themselves as comfortable as possible in the dimly lit space. Jin began checking their supplies, making mental notes of what they had and what they might need.

Meanwhile, Namjoon kept a watchful eye on the entrance, listening intently for any sounds of approaching danger. The tension in the air was palpable, but amidst it all, Hoseok tried to lighten the mood with some jokes and playful banter.

Finally, the food was ready, and Taehyung distributed it among the group. Y/n took a few bites, her appetite slowly returning as she focused on the warmth and comfort of the meal.

As they ate in silence, the sound of gunfire and explosions echoed from above, making Y/n's eyes widen in fear. Jungkook immediately wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close.

"It's okay, we're safe down here," he whispered, trying to reassure her.

But Y/n was beyond consolation. She was scared, and the thought of being trapped in this small bunker with no way out was suffocating her.

•••••••••

Suddenly, the lights in the bunker began to flicker, and the air grew thick with tension. Namjoon's phone beeped, and he quickly answered it.

"What's the situation?" he asked, his voice low and urgent.

The others leaned in, trying to listen in on the conversation. Y/n's heart was racing, her mind racing with worst-case scenarios.

"We have to get out of here, now," Namjoon said, his eyes scanning the room. "Our men are pinned down, and we need to provide backup."

"But how?" Hoseok asked, his brow furrowed in concern.

"There's a ventilation shaft in the back of the bunker," Jin said, his eyes fixed on a small grate in the wall. "We can try to make our way out through there."

The others nodded, and quickly began to make their way towards the shaft. Y/n hesitated, her fear of tight spaces and darkness making her legs tremble.

"Come on bun" Jungkook said, his voice soft and encouraging. "We'll get through this together."

With a deep breath, Y/n nodded, and followed the others towards the ventilation shaft. As they climbed in, the sound of gunfire grew louder, and Y/n's heart raced with anticipation.

As they crawled through the narrow shaft, the air was thick with dust and the smell of rust. Y/n's heart was racing, her palms sweating as she tried to push aside her fear of enclosed spaces. Jungkook was right behind her, his hand on her ankle, guiding her through the darkness.

The sound of gunfire grew louder, and Y/n's breath caught in her throat. She could feel the vibrations of the blasts through the metal walls of the shaft, making her skin crawl.

Suddenly, the shaft began to shake, and Y/n's heart skipped a beat. She froze, her eyes wide with fear, as Jungkook's hand tightened around her ankle.

"What's happening Koo?" she whispered, her voice trembling.

"I don't know," Jungkook replied, his voice low and urgent. "But we need to keep moving bun."

With a surge of adrenaline, Y/n pushed forward, her hands and feet scrambling to find holds in the darkness. The shaft seemed to stretch on forever, the air growing thicker and more oppressive with every inch.

Finally, they saw a glimmer of light ahead, and Y/n's heart leapt with hope. They were getting close to the exit.

As they emerged from the shaft, Y/n blinked in the bright sunlight, her eyes scanning the chaos around her. The streets were filled with men, gunfire and bodies covered with blood lying on the street with gun shot sound coming from every direction.

"Scared," she mumbled.

"It's okay, princess. Don't be scared. No one can harm you as long as we're alive," Jin whispered reassuringly.

The others were already moving, Namjoon and Hoseok providing cover fire as Jin and Jimin made a dash for a nearby alleyway. Jungkook pulled Y/n close, shielding her from the hail of bullets as they followed the others.

Suddenly, Jimin let out a cry of pain, clutching at his arm. "fuck!" he exclaimed, his face pale.

Jin quickly moved to his side, examining the wound. "It's not too bad," he said, his voice calm. "But we need to get him to a medic as soon as possible."

Namjoon nodded, his eyes scanning the horizon. "I've got a team waiting for us at the safe house," he said. "We'll get Jimin patched up and then regroup."

They ran through the winding alleys, the sound of gunfire and groans echoing off the walls. Y/n's heart was racing, her breath coming in short gasps as she struggled to keep up with the others.

Suddenly, they burst out into a wider street, the sound of helicopters thundering overhead. Y/n's eyes widened as she saw the sleek black chopper hovering above them, its rotors whipping up a storm of dust and debris.

"In!" Namjoon yelled, waving them towards the chopper. "Now!"

With a surge of adrenaline, Y/n sprinted towards the chopper, Jungkook right behind her. They scrambled up the ramp, the others close behind, as the chopper lifted off into the sky.

As the chopper flew away from the devastation, Y/n's eyes met Jungkook's, her heart heavy with the weight of what they had just witnessed. They had survived, but the war was far from over.

The others were quiet, their faces somber as they gazed out at the ruins of the city. Namjoon was on the phone, his voice low and urgent as he coordinated with their allies.

Hoseok, who was sitting across from Y/n, caught her eye and smiled weakly. "Hey, sis," he said, his voice soft. "We made it out."

Y/n nodded, feeling a lump form in her throat a tear slipped down her eyes . She was grateful to have her brothers by her side, but the weight of their situation was crushing her.

As the chopper flew on, Y/n couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. They had made it out of the bunker, but at what cost? Jimin was hurt, and who knew what other dangers lay ahead?

"Did all this happen because of her?" she thought.

When they finally landed at the safe house, Y/n was relieved to see a team of medics waiting to tend to Jimin's wound. As they worked to patch him up, Y/n felt a sense of guilt wash over her. She had been so scared, so focused on her own survival, that she hadn't even noticed Jimin was hurt.

"Oppa," she said, her voice soft as she approached him. "I'm so sorry. It all happened because of me." she cried.

Jimin smiled weakly, his eyes fluttering closed. "It's okay, it's not your fault little one," he said. "I'm just glad we made it out together."

Y/n felt a lump form in her throat as she gazed at her brother. She was grateful to have him, to have all of her siblings by her side. They had been through so much, and yet they still had each other.
