(Authors note but then the chapter)

Gosh. I'm writing this because I want to read my own ending. How could I do this to myself. I remember some plot points so woohoo but ahhhh i wanttt it to just be done. Someone come and grab my head and place it to my phone and then book magically it will be written. Wouldn't that be cool? Yeah it would be. But I don't have that skill.

Yoki, Leo and Calypso were all flying to California hoping to intercept Nico along the way. How they weren't sure, but apparently the mist was down and mortals were screaming at the bronze dragon happily flying for the first time in a while. Leo was concerned about being shot down by the government, Calypso was silent as she just stared and Yoki was explaining random dream's she'd had that turned out true.

The avengers were practically everywhere as were the demigods desperately fighting the monsters but mostly trying to stay alive. The mortals were freaking out (understandable) and Loki was seething with anger in his little world.

Percy was stuck in Grover's head waiting anxiously for when Rachel would try to make her move and if she'd succeede.

Annabeth was planning and crying and then planning more. Sending out updated plans every five minutes.

Thalia and Katie were protecting Thalia's tree and the fleece that continued to heal it and expand the monster free border.

Connor and Travis were pulling random pranks but now on monsters.

It was a waiting game,

And it was Rachel's turn.

—————————

The rope had long since disappeared from Rachel's wrists and her heart had stopped pounding as hard as when she first decided. She just needed a knife and a clear shot, seeing Kronos waltz around in Percy's younger body was unnerving and Kronos kept bragging that Percy was long gone. And Rachel didn't ever see a moment of Percy fighting back. How could he with no memories? She could feel Hectate in the back of her mind and the oracle. Silent but pressing painfully. Kronos didn't seem to even be in pain. She wished she knew the prophecy, she couldn't remember any of it and giving it was what had gotten her kidnapped and bound to Hectate in the first place.

A mortal body wasn't supposed to hold this many things. Practically she knew she wouldn't last long. But she didn't know where the oracle would even go, if it would be trapped to her body even if she died. Becoming a mummy like the last one, forever in the enemies hands.

Kronos's laugh rang out across the auditorium like cave as the telkinis presented him with several weapon options. He didn't have his scythe yet.

"You must act soon." Hectate spoke with urgency "if the boy is already gone, how much longer will it be before he burns away even that form?"

Rachel's hands shook from inside of the ropes she'd left draped over her hands. And then as a telkini passed she reached up and grabbed a knife, quickly returning to her normal position. Spitting at the Telkini's feet and it growling at her. "Pathetic," it taunted and she glared back.

But really she felt... nothing. Just determination and—something nudged her foot. She looked down and saw a tiny robotic mouse. Nudging her and then scurrying away to a corner. Her eyes followed it and landed on three figures in the shadows. Leo, and two girls that were unfamiliar. Now seeing Leo was shocking enough, so she didn't question the two girls. She longed to explain her plan, to just go and be with the demigods. But her plan was to kill and then be killed. Not to survive. But maybe now she could.

Just Leo was really intent on reaching her and getting her out of the line of sight of the other monsters. And she had a feeling he would get himself killed unless she snuck away over there. Darn Leo.
