Oh, well, it doesn't matter. All it matters is that it was Max's second ever Pokemon Conference! I thought excitedly. I was so excited for him! I think I am more excited for him, than he was for himself.

We all got to sit in the VIP Box, an invitation from Champion Diantha herself, as we waited for the it to begin. As the Kalos League kicked off in Lumiose City, the atmosphere crackled with anticipation and excitement. Gathered around were many familiar faces—Tierno, Trevor, and Sawyer. It was a reunion of friends and rivals, each with their own aspirations and dreams of victory.
