after a while we ended the call, because I had to get ready.

I heard Nick's voice downstairs complaining that they were running late. His father replied: „I'm sorry but that's not negotiable." My mother reacted : „she certainly can't make up her mind, we exaggerated a bit in the boutique today. Right, sweetie?"

As I walked down the stairs in a beautiful short white dress, I saw my mom and will looking at me with a proud smile. Meanwhile, Nick wasn't shy about looking me up and down.

Will broke the silence: „You look stunning, Ellery." Nick smirked at me and Will said :,,Let's go" My mom and Will walked out of the house as I walked down the last pair of stairs I walked past Nick and asked him: „Do you want a picture?" I hear him laugh and Thor next to him barked.

I was now sitting with my mother and will in the car on the way to the restaurant. They were flirting and giggled all the time. I typed my boyfriend: „It's worse than i imagined, wished you were here call me as soon as you read this" He typed back: „Call you later, gotta go, I love you" I stared at the two adults in front of me in shock as will said to my mom: „You smell nice".

I looked out of the window when I heard an engine. Nick drove next to us now, grinned at me, took a drag from his cigarette and accelerated so that he drove away.

As we walked into the sailing club Nick was talking to two women's and we a waiter walked us to a table. Before I could walk Nick stood besides me and told me with a gesture that I should walk first, I did the same gesture to him and when he tried to walk I clapped my hand on his chest and walked before him.

We were sitting at the table talking about how summer has never been my mothers favorite season but with this sea, this sunsets, and him it is amazing. Nick said that National Geographic ranked this as on of the most charming places in the world, as a waitress touched his arm. I asked :,,Aren't there a lot of forest fires around here?" Will agreed with me and told me that this summer there have been two already.

My mom said:,,I don't get people who throw cigarette butts out the window." I starred at Nick and smirked : „Have you ever been fined for something like this?" He wiped his mouth and answered: „What I, how do you come up with something like that?" His father told me his doesn't smoke, and my mom also told: „He's an athlete. Surfing, right?" Nick answered with a short: „Yes"

I asked curiously: „Surfing?" He asked with a grim facial expression: „Is that a problem?" I answered: „No, No, I simply find team sports that require strategy and intelligence much more interesting."

Nicholas said he has to work and that he has to leave he looked at me: „But it's all strength of mind, no intelligence" ,,Don't worry, if you're fired from Mikel's dad's firm, you'll still have your dad's. There'll always be a Leister Enterprises subsidiary to milk. Right, Nick?"

I smiled at him and my mother looked at me in shock. Nick stood up and wanted to leave but before he let his napkin fall next to me and bent down to my ear: „Good Night, Sis" I also stood up and said: „If he goes, I'll go too." My mother spoke: ,,You're staying!" and Will told her: „No, wait. Nick. Can you take her home?"

I said that I would rather take a taxi. They spoke to us: „We won't tolerate this attitude. It's best if you get along." „Will's right. Go with Nick, don't worry. He's a careful driver.
