Ross POV
I woke up the next morning. I woke up in the spare room of Laura's house? What the heck? Oh yes. I'm getting married today!!! I hopped out of bed and ran downstairs.
Ellen: hello Ross. Excited are we
Ross: yes defiantly. I'm going to be marrying your daughter and I'm glad your ok with it.
Ellen: well we know you'll care for our Laura. And we needed to give her away to the right person. And we are glad that person is you
Ross: thank you Ellen.
Ellen: no problem Ross.
Ross: can I ring Laura, or is that not allowed too.
Ellen: I'm sorry Ross it ain't. But I rang her earlier this morning, and she said she loved you and misses you. She can't wait to see you again and kiss you again. And that she thinks you will love her dress
Ross: haven't you seen it?
Ellen: oh yes I did. It's beautiful. I've never seen her look so beautiful in a dress.
Ross: that's cause she never wears them
Ellen: only on special occasions. Like parties, weddings-
Ross: or when Rydel puts her in one
Ellen: haha
All my 4 nutty brothers (Ratliff is like a brother) came downstairs, with messy hair, and baggy pjs on.
Ross: come on. You guys I'm getting married today, you can't be all grump, tired and lazy.
I can't have them being in a mood. It's going to ruin the happiest day of my life.
Riker: sorry dude, after you went to bed, we all stayed up.
Ross: what?
Rocky: yea sorry dude.
Ross: you guys knew I was getting married today, you could have been a bit more responsible.
Ryland: sorry if we have let you down
Ross: you haven't let me down. I love you all. I'm not going to let anyone stop me from being happy.
Ratliff: I'll be right back
Ross: Ratliff where are you going
Ratliff: I'll be back, just give me 5 minutes

Ratliff POV
I ran upstairs. After Ross said that he's not going to let anyone stand in his way from being happy, it made me realise that I shouldn't be so scared about Ross not accepting us. I love Rydel and I want to be with her. I ran upstairs to the room I was sharing with Riker and grabbed my phone. I need to call Laura right now.
Phone: Bzzzzz bzzzzz bzzzzz bzzzz
L- Laura
R- Ratliff
L: hello
R: hello Laura it's Ratliff
L: oh hey. Are you ok?
R: yea I just wanna tell you something,
L: You haven't got me in loud speaker?
R: nope
L: and Ross ain't around?
R: nope
L: ok so what do you want
R; you know the whole me and Rydel situation.
L: yes, the fact none of you believed in Ross.
R: yea sorry about that
L: no problem
R: anyway, I was just wondering, during the party, I wanted to ask Rydel back out again.
L: really?
R: yea. I realised I shouldn't care what Ross thinks, I love Rydel and I want her to be mine. I want the love you and Ross have, I want to be able to hold her around everyone. I want Rydel back Laura.
L: yes that will amazing!!!
R: I just thought that I'd come to you for advice.
L: really?
R: yea
L: ok then, what do you need advice on.
R: how to say it, to start with. And how to make it romantic.
L: well here's what you need to do...
We planned what was going to happen between me and Rydel. It will be perfect. I knew I could count on Laura when I needed her.
R: thank you Laura
L: anytime. Now I've got to go, remember I'm getting married in 4 hours
R: ok we'll see you
L: bye
R: just to say, you make Ross happy
L: aww bye Ratliff
R: bye Laura.
I quickly got rid of any evidence that I had just called Laura, and ran back downstairs.
Ross: Ratliff, what took you so long, what the hell where you doing
Ratliff: oh doesn't matter anymore, it's done
Ross: ok well I just hope you remember that I'm getting married in 4 hours and we haven't even started getting ready.
Ratliff: ok ok. Let's get started then

Laura POV
When I put the phone down after the conversation with Ratliff, I was so happy. Rydel is going to love it. Ratliff is going to do such a good job, and make Rydel happy.
I walked back into the main room, where, Vanessa Rydel and Stormie were making breakfast.
Stormie: morning Laura
Laura: morning Stormie
Vanessa: morning sis
Laura: morning Vanessa
Rydel: hey Laura. You excited for later?
Laura: yea, I'm excited to have Ross's last name
Rydel: hey and mine
Laura: yea I know, but I'm marrying Ross not you
Rydel: (laughs) I know I know!
Laura: anyway, I'm going to get some breakfast, I'm starving.
Rydel: ok.
We walked over to the kitchen counter where a selection of foods were set out.
Rydel: mom, where's dad?
Stormie: he went over to Laura's house to see ross and the boys, he'll be back soon.
Laura: Stormie do you have any idea when my dad will be here to take me, cause we have to go in the same car.
Stormie: well he's over there at the moment helping mini R5 get ready, as well as calming Ross down.
Laura: that's the thing my dad would do. He's used to calming people down.
Stormie: is he? He'll be back just before we have to leave
Laura: ok. Anyway I'm gonna eat I'm starving.
