Laura POV
Ross guided me across the hospital garden. I kept admiring the ring. It was so pretty and perfect. I can believe that, probably later on this year I'll be a lynch. It's crazy.
We walked around the corner and, there was a little party set up. It was so cute. If wasn't really a party because no one was there. Suddenly loads of my friends, my family and Ross's family jumped out from all places possible. Bushes, corners, behind table and chairs. Everyone yelled surprise.
Everyone: soooo
Ross looked at me and smiled.
Ross: she said yes
Ross said as he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me in closer.
Screams could be heard from all around, as Rani and all my high schools friends pulled me away from our embrace. As they were pulling me away, I looked back at Ross. He giggled and I smiled
Ross mouthed I love you. I mouthed back I love you more.
Rani: so Laura let me see the ring...
Kaylyn: well Rani, I've known Laura for a lot longer, so I think I should see it first
Rani: umm I don't think so sunshine
Laura: guys, you can all see it at once.
I held my hand out, showing my sparkly engagement ring.
Rani: oh my god Laura that is-
Kaylyn: Beautiful!
All my friends were oooing and ahhing.
I saw my mum and dad coming towards me. I parted away from my friends and ran to my mum.
I started shredding tears of joy into my mum's shoulder.
Ellen: what's up sweetie
Laura: nothing these are tears of joy
Ellen: oh I wonder why (sarcastic)
Laura: mum, I can't believe this has happened. I'm e-ng-a-g-e-d. It's crazy
Ellen: I know it is darling
Dinamo: oh Laura
Laura: daddy...
I ran to my dad and hugged him tightly
Dinamo: I can't believe my little girl is growing up.
Laura: don't worry dad. I'll always be your little girl!
Dinamo: I know but before you know it, I will be giving you away to Ross.
Laura: he will look after me dad. I know he will.

Ross POV
When Laura went off with his friends, all of my family came over to me.
Stormie: congrats my son. You did it.
Ross: I know. I love Laura so much. I'm so glad she said yes.
Rydel: my little bro is growing up.
Rydel pulled me into a big hug. Everyone soon joined in.
Ross: hey mum? Have you seen Riker? He was here earlier, when everything was being set up.
Stormie: no perhaps you could go and ask Laura.
Ross: I will.
I headed over to Laura.
Ross: hey Laura. Can I speak to you?
I said as I gripped hold of Laura's hand. When she felt my hand she instantly pulled herself away from her parents, and close to my body.
Laura: hello my fiancé. That sounds perfect.
Ross: it does sound perfect.
I gazed off into her eyes, completely forgetting what I wanted to talk to her about. I pressed my lips against hers. I wrapped my arms around her waist as she wrapped her arms around my neck. We only kissed for 6 seconds exact, but when we pulled away Laura remained in my arms, and she rested her head on my chest.
Laura: what did you want to talk to me about sweetie?
I quickly snapped back into reality.
Ross: oh yea. Have you seen Riker.
Laura: no haven't actually.

Riker: hello everyone, I would like you to meet my new girlfriend.
We all turned around and our mouths dropped.
Everyone (Ross, Laura, stormie, Ellen, Dinamo, Ross's dad, Rydel, Ryland, rocky and Ratliff): noooooo Riker!!
We all knew what was going to happen, but Riker didn't realise.
