Ross: thanks for letting me leave a month earlier Uncle
Mike: no problem, you need to be with your fiancé. I'm just happy you came to help, and didn't give up on your promise.
Ross: yea. And thanks for the idea of telling Laura that I'm dead, so I can surprise her.
Mike: I think Sergeant Dubsck did a very good job on sounding like you were really dead.
Ross: I know right. Anyway, I need to get planning for how I'm gonna surprise Laura.
Mike: you go and do that.
I ran to my cabin, and called Rydel.
Phone: ring ring
Rydel: hello
Ross: hey sis
Rydel: Ross, I'm so glad you called.
Ross: yea I wanna talk to you.
Rydel: ok can I speak first though.
Ross:ok?
Rydel: Ross, Laura's been in tears and agony, since you 'died'.
Ross: what do you mean
Rydel: she hasn't left her room, she rarely eats, and I can always hear her crying.
Ross: jeez...
Rydel: she always sleeps in your t-shirts. She needs you back Ross.
Ross: I know, that's why I rang. I want to surprise Laura.
Rydel: when are you coming?
Ross: tomorrow.
Rydel: we have a concert tomorrow, we could do it there. But the challenge will be getting Laura out...
Ross: I know, well I want to surprise her. If sometime during the concert, you bring Laura out, and then give her your phone which will have me on the other end. I'll say 'hey babe turn around' and hopefully she will hear me and turn around, and be happy.
Rydel: omg I'm sure she'll love it.
Ross: just when I come on stage behind her, try and get he audience to be quiet.
Rydel: I'll try.
Ross: yes cause that would ruin it.
Laura: Rydel, can I have some breakfast.
I heard Laura saying faintly.
Rydel: got to go Ross see you tomorrow.
Ross: bye
She quickly hung the phone up.

I grabbed my suitcase and headed for the airport. I said goodbye to Uncle Mike, as he drove back to camp. I loaded my bag onto the trolley and made my way to the aeroplane.
I finally clambered on, and found my seat. Just got to wait 5 hours now. Then I'll have to sneak into my house, so Laura can't see me and wait for the show.
