Laura's Birthday Part 1

Laura POV
I woke up the next morning in Ross's arms. He was snoring softly. He was so cute and warm. He always made sure I was safe and cosy. I looked at Ross's clock. 4:50am. God sake! Why did I wake up so early. Oh yea my birthday. I laid myself back down and soon enough fell asleep again.

I woke up, not in Ross's arms. I looked at the alarm clock. 10:30am. Wow. I slept in long, and no one woke me up... That's kind. I got up, changed into a flowery dress, put my hair up in a bun, put some light makeup on, and headed downstairs. Everyone was downstairs. Ross walked up to me with a plate of cooked breakfast.
Ross: for the birthday girl
Laura: aww Rossy! You didn't have too
Rydel walked past, on her way to the kitchen
Rydel: oh but he did!!
I giggled. Ross placed his hand out. I grabbed it and we intertwined our fingers. Ross lead me to the kitchen, where the rest of the family were.
Mark, Stormie, Riker, Rocky, Ryland, Rydel, Ratliff: Happy Birthday Laura!
Laura: aww thanks guys.
There were presents and cards on the kitchen table. I placed down my plate.
Ross looked at me. I turned my head so I was looking up at him.
Ross: Happy Birthday Laur!
Laura: thanks Rossy!
We turned our bodies, so we were facing each other directly. Ross wrapped his arms around my waist, and pulled me to him, again I could feel his abs on my chest. We leaned in and our lips meant. This must be my birthday kiss, cause it was special.
Rydel: awwww you two are too cute!!
Ross rested his head on my shoulder and whispered something into my ear.
Ross: there will be more of that later.
I giggled at his whisper.
Rydel: I heard that!
Ross: you weren't meant to!
Riker: what did he say to Laura, Rydel,
Rydel: I ain't saying, between Ross and Laura. Anyway, let's let Laura open gifts.
Stormie: your parents brought the presents they bought you here.
Laura: ok that saves a lot of time!

We went over to the kitchen table. There were 2 small gifts, 2 medium gifts and 2 big ones.
I looked over at them.
Laura: you didn't have too.
Stormie: well you are like family to us. So we thought that we should get you something
Laura: aww thanks guys.
I started with the small gifts. I turned over the label. It read;
Dear Laura,
Happy 19th Birthday. Remember your part of the family.

I tore open the paper. Under the wrapping paper, was a small box. I opened it and it was a bracelet. It was a love links bracelet. (A/N I don't know of u can get love links anywhere else in the world beside the U.K) it was so pretty. As my favourite colour is purple, (A/N i think) it had many shades of purple beads. It was beautiful! I carefully took it out of the box, and wrapped it around my wrist.
Laura: thanks Stormie! Thanks Mark!
I said as I hugged them both.
I grabbed the second gift and read the label.

I looked up and smiled at Ross. He smiled back and pulled a kissy face. I giggled. I tore open the paper, to reveal another box. I opened it, and it was a necklace. But it was very special to me, because on the necklace it said "Raura". It was really sweet.
Laura: Ross it's beautiful!
Ross: you like it?
Laura: I love it
I ran over to him and wrapped my arms around him, and pulled myself close to him.
Laura: it's perfect
Ross: I'm glad you like it.
I pulled my head away from his chest. I pecked his lips. He smiled down at me. We kissed again, but for longer.
Rydel: as cute as this all is, save it for later. Like in your room, when your ALONE! And there is no family around...
We pull away and everyone laughs at Rydel's comment. Rydel even laughs at herself. I released myself from Ross's embrace, and walked back to the table.
I picked up one of the medium sized ones.

I giggled at the letter. I opened the gift. It was a box. There was a little key attached to it. I put the key into the lock and opened it. When it opened, the box opened many compartments, revealing a massive make up set.
Rydel: there's spaces for your own make up too. Also I got the foundation to match your skin colour, so it wasn't random.
Riker: I don't know what she is talking about, cause I don't get girly stuff.
Laura: thanks guys.
I walked over to them. I hugged Rydel, then all the Lynch's apart from Ross, Stormie and Mark, joined the group hug.
I walked back to the gifts.

I opened it up. Inside was a pair of diamond dangly earrings, a silver stud necklace and a brand new jewellery box. The box had rhinestones that spelt out Laura. It was so pretty. Now I moved on to the biggest presents.

I opened it, and inside was a whole load of boxes, full of jewellery from Forever 21 and there was a gift voucher in there too. The last one now.

I opened it, and inside was a whole load of clothes, from some expensive shops. There was also 2 pairs of converse. One pair of Yellow ones and a pair of Purple ones.
I ran and have Rydel a hug.
Laura: thank you Rydel
Rydel: no problem.
While I was hugging Rydel, Ross walked up to me shyly.
Ross: umm... Laura? There's still one more surprise.
He grabbed my hand and took me upstairs. I looked at Rydel. She giggled and pulled kissy faces. Basically meaning we were gonna make out... I gave Rydel a glare, and we giggled. We reached mine and Ross's room.
