The Switch (Sophitz)

I might love Sophie

After a walk throughout the park we went back to the apartment. 

"Are you hungry? We can order some," I suggested. 

"A little bit, yeah." I pulled out my phone. 

"How does Chipotle sound?" I ask. She nodded her head in agreement. "All right put in what you would like to order," I say, handing her the phone. After a few minutes she handed me my phone and I clicked on what I wanted to order. After seeing the total, I took out my wallet and paid. 

"I'm going to go get the order, it's just down the street. See you in a few," I put on my shoes and made my way to the delivery. 

Although it was a very good idea to take a walk. I had far too many things on my mind. I was way to confused with my life. 

I then realized that I was already there. I walked through the door, going to the pick up area, seeing my name on one of the bags. I picked it up and made my way out the door and back to the apartment. 

I went up the elevator, to the 5th level and went inside. 

"Oh great you're back!" she said, going into the bathroom, washing her hands. I set the food on the table and went to the kitchen to wash my hands. We then both sat at the table, getting the food that we ordered and started digging in. 

Once we finished our food, we changed into more comfortable clothing (pajamas) and went to the couch and watched a movie. By the time it was done, Sophie had already fallen asleep. I smiled at the sight and picked her up bridal style and took her to the bed and tucked her in. 

I finished the movie, looking at the time. Seeing that it was only 10, I put on shoes, grabbed my car keys, and my both apartment keys and headed down to the garage, going to my car. After getting settled, I then started my short trip to my apartment. 

(Little mini time skip) 

I unlocked the door to the apartment, seeing my roommate on the couch watching a movie,  a bowl of popcorn in hand. 

"So what are you watching?" He screamed and lots of popcorn flew in the air landing on the ground and the couch. He placed a hand on his heart. 

"Dude! What the hell?! You scared the shit out of me. You could've at least told me you were coming," Keefe said, as I took a seat on the couch. 

"Sorry, but I just needed to take a break." 

"Living with Sophie screwing you up?" he asked as he paused the TV. 

"Kind of?" 

"What do you mean kind of?"

"I mean... I think I might love Sophie." His eyes widened, and his jaw dropped. 

"Really?" I nodded. "How?" 

"I don't know. But like 2 days ago or so she told me she loved me, or Alvar. And just earlier today she told me she had fallen in love with the new Alvar." 

"But the new Alvar is you," I rolled my eyes. 

"I know dumbass. But I'm just so confused. I'm falling in love with my brother's girlfriend, and his girlfriend is in love with me and doesn't know it, and Alvar is cheating on her. What the hell am I going to do? And I already promised Alvar I wouldn't tell Sophie the truth."

"Damn, you're in deep shit man." 

"I know... what should I do?" I ask. Keefe shrugged his shoulders. 

"Honestly, I think that you should tell her. If you really need to get this off your chest you should tell her, besides you already know how she feels about you. Maybe Alvar will be mad at you but hey he's got two other girlfriends. He'll survive," I nodded slowly taking all the information in. 

"But what if she freaks out about this?" 

"I can't help you there, but just tell her, then you wouldn't feel like you got the weight of the world on top of your shoulders," Keefe said. 

"Thank Keefe." 

"No problem. So are you going to stay the night?" 

"Yeah I will." He un-paused the TV and I took the popcorn and set in the center taking it one at a time. 

After the movie finished, I saw Keefe asleep, a popcorn in his mouth and I felt my eyelids getting droopy. I went to the bathroom and grabbed a spare toothbrush and lazily brushed my teeth. 

Afterwards I jumped right into my bed, falling asleep right as my head hit the pillow.
