Steal my girlfriend

Fitz's POV

Grady had gotten better over the past week and he had gone back home yesterday. Of course Sophie and I visited him, and we were glad he was out of the hospital. 

Alvar was coming back today. He had already texted me that he was on his way from the airport and I had kind of forgotten to tell him that fact that Sophie and I are dating. He's going to freak. 

I heard a knock on the door and Sophie walked up to answer. I saw the door open and their stood Alvar. Alvar hugged although she didn't hug back and he invited himself in. He scowled when he saw me. He looked between me and Sophie, confused, a scowl still on his face. 

"What's happening?" He asked. 

"Fitz told me everything," Sophie simply said. 

"So I take it we're not dating anymore?' Sophie nodded her head, agreeing to the statement. She walked over to me and held my hand. 

"But now Fitz and I are." He seemed furious. 

"What?" Sophie and I nodded. "Fitz I ask you to be me for one month and you steal my girlfriend?" 

"Dude, no one asks their brother to do that anyways! Besides you got several more," he rolled his eyes. 

"How could you fall for that idiot of man? What does he have that I don't?" 

"Several things. Alvar, you were a terrible boyfriend. You never treated me with kindness, affection, care, or love. You never took me out on dates, never cleaned around the house or after yourself. Or cooked or baked. Fitz had done everything you never did. And he wasn't even my actual boyfriend then. And he's cute." Alvar rolled his eyes.

"Okay you guys can have each other. But I'm kicking you both out." Sophie scoffed. 

"I pay rent. So you're getting kicked out." I raised my eyebrows in surprise. Sophie paid rent? Sophie should've broken up with Alvar months ago. She shouldn't have dated him. She's too good for him. 

I saw Alvar's face become red from embarrassment. Sophie started shooing him out of the apartment and he gave up the middle finger before heading out. Sophie returned the gesture and slammed the door in his face.

"Sophie, you are far too good for him. You never deserved someone like him." I say walking over to her. Sophie smiled sadly. 

"I realize that now. But I'm glad I have you now." I smiled back, placing a hand on the back of her neck, closing the gap between us. We soon broke apart, only a few centimeters from each other. 

"I love you." 

"I love you too." We smiled before our lips touched once again.
