Always and Forever

Chapter 8

When Regina woke, Robin was still up and was smiling. Regina was confused and he could see that. She looked up at him still shaky, from know that Daniel knows she's in NYC. She was wondering why Robin was smiling.

"Good morning, sweety," he kissed her.

"Good morning" she was still confused.

"Regina, I'm a policeman," he said happily.

"I know that," she said waiting for him to further explain.

"I'm a policeman, he's a criminal. I've a witness to his crime," he said slowly, waiting for her to understand.

She smiled, then she stopped, "Robin I'm not sure if I can face him, you saw what happened in the bar, I don't know if I'll be able to speak," she saw the disappointment in his eyes, "but, I can try I guess."

"Regina if it makes you uncomfortable, I you dont-"

"Im fine, I can do it," she interrupted. She kissed him deeply, happy that he cared so much for her. "I think I should go home and get some clothes if I'm going to stay here. Don't you think?" She said trying to hide here fear.

"OK, I'm going to get ready," he said and pecked her lips.

- At her apartment -

Robin pulled up to her building. And she started to get out.

"Do you want me to come with you?" He offered.

"No I'm fine just give me 10 minutes, if I'm not down in by then, you can come up ok" she said not wanting to need a lot of attention.

" I don't want to risk anything happening, Regina. Are you sure?" He said while grabbing her hand.

"You know what, why don't you come," she said.
