Always and Forever

Chapter 19

Regina was stripped from her sleep by her alarm clock at 6:30 in the morning she had to be at work at 8. so she had an hour and thirty minutes to get ready and drive to work. She turned over and went into the bathroom to get ready. Regina sat at the mirror and started to brush the tangles out of her hair when she glanced back and in the floor were Robins pants from last night. She remembered he put something in the pocket. Regina stood up and walked towards them but before she could pick them up she heard Robin at the bathroom door.

"What is it your doing?" He asked walking towards her and grabbing his pants from the ground.

"Well I saw that you left them in the ground so I was going to move them for you," she glance at the pants in his hand and she could see it, there was something it the pocket.

"Oh, well that's quite alright I've got it," he wrapped his free hand around her waist and kissed her. She smiled and turned around to go finish brushing her hair, while he took whatever he had out of the pants pocket and left the bathroom.

She finished getting ready, got dressed made herself a cup of coffee, kissed her fiancé and son goodbye and headed to work. Robin went to get dressed for work then he got Roland ready because John was coming to pick him up while he was at work. John arrived at about 9:30 and Robin left as soon as he got there.

Regina arrived just in time, Sydney was still gone so Mary Margaret was her assistant. Regina walked in with a smile and she could hear everyone whispering about her, they knew something was different. These past few months every time she would go to work they always asked her if something was different and she would always tell them it was none of there business.

"Hello Regina, you look happy," Mary Margaret said hesitantly.

"Hello, and that's because I am," Regina said smiling.

"May I ask why?" Mary Margaret said.

"Because I have someone to make me happy," Regina said now blushing.

"Do we have a name," Mary Margaret said still surprised that Regina sharing this with her.

"Yes, my fiancés name is Robin,"

"FAINCE! Well woah, congratulations," she said overly excited.

"Thank you," Regina then walked into her office to start her day at work.

While going through her cases all Regina could think about was what Robin had and why he didn't show her. She filed through case after case and prepared for her meeting with Ms. De'Vil at 1. She had gotten a text, she turn to her phone to see who it was from and it was from the only person she would want it to be. Robin.

I love you

She smiled and responded

I love you too, but why now?

Because I forgot to say it this morning

Well ok

Then she turned back to her work and went on with her day that was too long to her. When the day was almost over and she was about to leave her boss had called her into his office. which always made her nervous because he almost never called her into his office so it had to be something important.

"Yes, Mr. Humbert," she said walking into his office.

"Hi, I have noticed you have been working very hard these past few months and I would like to reward you for that." her boss said with a big smile on his face.

"Well," she said waiting for him to continue.

"I am promoting you to Vice President of the company."
