Robin took Roland to a race car track because Roland has been talking about cars for the past few weeks. Roland brought his little car and compared the real ones to his.
"Daddy can I have one one like that," the small boy said pointing to the car.
"Maybe when you older," Robin saw the car fly past them," a lot older."
- At Regina's Job -
Robin had texted a picture of Roland in the race car to Regina making her smile, wishing she could be there with them. Once again Regina arrived at work with a different attitude than the day before, she walked down the the hallways of the building with a smile just thinking of her family at home. Mary Margaret decided to just stop asking about her, because she was always confused when it came to Regina. Regina walked into her office and picked up the picture of her family that she had faced down the day before. She started her day as usual going through her emails and expecting her daily romantic text from Robin, which she did get and it made her happy like always. She was especially happy because she started planning her wedding today. After work Tink and Emma were coming over today to help, Regina hadn't chosen who she was going to make her maid of honor yet. She didn't even think she was going to have one, and she hadn't even invited her sister to the wedding. To many things were running through her head right now.
Sister. A word she choked over multiple times when it came to Zelina and now it was for sure. Now it was for sure that she was related to her, but it would take more than a DNA test to be called her sister. She barely even knows the lady and now she was her sister. She was stripped from her thoughts when her office door opened. It was Mary Margaret.
"Do you need something?" Regina asked politely with a smile.
"Oh well Sydney just email me saying that he will be back Tomorrow, so unfortunately today is my last day," she said a bit disappointed.
"Oh I was enjoying you being here," she paused and thought a minute," I'm getting married January 14th would you like to come to my-"
"YES! Yes! yes, of course I would love to come to your wedding!" Mary Margaret interrupted.
"Okay just expect your invitation," Regina smiled.
Mary Margaret left her office smiling so big it looked as if her face was stuck that way. Regina then got back to work knowing she had made a knew friend. She prepared for her meeting with Mr. Jones.
- Later That Day -
Regina walked into an empty home, setting her keys down and kidding off her heels from a hard day at work. She knew Tink and Emma would be here in a little while so she decided to get some drinks out she made tea for herself since she and robin were trying to get pregnant she wanted to be really safe, and got out two different kinds of wine just incase they wanted something more alcoholic.
They arrived about ten minutes later and she let them inside. Robin still not home with Roland. Then they started.
"So have you thought of a theme?" Emma asked pouring herself a glass of wine.
"Yes I have I've always wanted a winter wonderland theme, since I was like 18," she said sitting on the couch with the two women.
"Oh that should be amazing, I can see it already. Colors of blue and purple and silver. And snowflakes hanging from the roof. If I ever get married you are going to do everything," Tink said enthusiastically.
"Alright calm down Tink, but speaking of someone doing everything have you chosen a maid of honor?" Emma asked as if she couldn't wait anymore.
"So I think I just might have you both be my maids of honor because you both are my closest friends," Regina said honestly.
"Ok great, do you have a location?" Ruby says.
"Well Robin and I were thinking either at the church or a hotel, if we do have it at a church we would have the reception at a hotel, if we do choose a hotel we would have both the ceremony and reception at the hotel," Regina said the same time Robin and Roland walked into the pent house.
Roland came running into the living room and jumped on to Regina's lap causing her to spill her tea all over herself, she cried out with pain. Robin quickly grabbed Roland off of her lap.
"Roland what did I tell you about just jumping on people, you have to be more careful!" Robin yelled.
Roland was obviously about to cry he rubbed his eyes trying to keep a tear from falling," Sorry."
"It fine Robin, I'm fine," she said pulling Robins hands from the boys arm, Robin was just worried that he burnt her which was why Regina reassured him that she was fine.
"Yeah, but you could've-"
"But I'm fine," she bent down to Roland," and it's okay buddy, just be more careful next time. As for me I'll be right I have to change out of this," she said pulling her blouse from touching her body.
She came back out about 5 minutes later with black leggings and a grey shirt that hung off her shoulder. Robin chuckle a little at the unholy thoughts that came to his mind when he saw her. She looked at him with a questioning face, but he just shooting his head telling her that it was not the time. His response made her smile because she already knew what he was thinking.
"Shall we continue?" Tink asked.
"We shall," Regina said and they continued with the wedding plans.
Zelina called her but she had Robin answer the phone and tell her that she wasn't there. Regina wasn't planning on talking to her sister anytime soon, or as lining as she could stall
- Saturday Morning -
Regina was sitting in the couch reading, when Roland came running out to her with his jacket half on and one shoe on. Robin came behind him with the other shoe. Roland climbed on Regina's lap holding on to here as tight as his small hands could hold, Robin trying to pry his hands off of her shirt. Roland screaming every time Robin would pull him.
"I want to stay with Mommy!" The boy yelled to his father.
"Yeah but she is busy all day, you have to come with me!" Robin yelled back still trying to pull him off of Regina.
"No!" Roland said squeezing Regina tighter.
"Come on Roland!" Robin said pulling on him, trying not to hurt him, surprised by his strength.
"Ok, ok. Hold on," Regina said trying to strip there screams. Robin let go of Roland and took a big breath and Roland looked up at her from his placement in her lap.
"Roland baby, you can't be with me today. I have a lot of things to do so you have to go with daddy, but tomorrow I promise we will be together. Maybe we could go look for your Halloween costume, okay?" Regina said calmly and fixing his jacket.
"Okay," Roland said sadly, breaking Regina's heart. Regina grabbed his other shoe from Robin and put it on his foot.
"He couldn't just do that 5 minutes ago," Robin mumbled under his breath," What time are they coming to get you?"
" The girls should be here any minute now," she said picking her book that had fallen during that small situation.
Regina was going dress shopping with Emma and Tink. Robin offered to take her but she wanted to keep things traditional plus she didn't think he'd enjoy sitting there watching her try on dress after dress. She knew it would take all day to at least figure out what type of dress she wanted, it was going to be a long process. She didn't want Roland to have to sit there with her, he would get bored and there were going to be a lot of white dresses, so having a 4 year old there wouldn't be best. So Robin was going to take him for the day, he planned on taking him ice skating but Roland wouldn't cooperate at first. As time went on he finally started to just listen to his father and got one the ice.
