Chapter 12

Logan's POV

I'm still on Alejandro's shoulders, even though it's been an hour. Honestly I do not know how it supports my weight so long. I'm starting to feel more and more tired, so I put my head on Alejandro's. I start to fall asleep when I hear him ask someone if I look okay. I hear the person say that I am falling asleep, when I feel myself being moved. I start to open my eyes when I feel that I am no longer on Alejandro's shoulders, but held by someone. I notice that I'm in Alejandro's arms. I'm starting to move because I'm getting thirsty.

Alejandro's POV

I noticed Logan was falling asleep on my shoulders, so I hugged her. A few minutes later, I noticed she was starting to move, so I looked at her and saw her eyes still full of fatigue. We can see that she is very close to going back to sleep at any time.

A: What is it?

D: I'm getting thirsty.

A: Okay, I'll ask the guys if they don't have water.

I start walking towards Carlos with Logan in my arms who is going back to sleep because she is so tired.

A: Carlos?

C: Yes?

A: You wouldn't happen to have water with you? Logan's thirsty.

C: No, but let me ask the boys.

A: Okay, thank you.

Carlos's POV

Alejandro comes to me to ask me if I have any water for Logan, but unfortunately I don't have any on me, so I suggest Alejandro get some. I'm seeing Voight, so I'm going to see him.

C: Voight?

V: Yes, yes?

C: Can you tell me where I can get some water? Logan's getting thirsty, and we're not -

Voight's cutting me off.

V: All right, don't worry, I understand, you want the best for her. You have to go upstairs to get water. Come on, I'll go with you.

C: Thank you Voight.
We climb stairs, and we get into offices. I follow him to a small kitchen. He opens a fridge and hands me a bottle of water.

V: Here, some fresh water.

C: Thank you.

Voight leaves the kitchen, and I am. We go back down, with the others. I see Alejandro a little further, and I'm going to see him.

C: It's okay, I have water.

A: Thank you. Now we have to wake up the princess.

Alejandro starts slowly waking Logan up.

Logan's POV

I feel someone is waking me up, so I open my eyes to see Alejandro and Carlos looking at me.

A: I'm gonna straighten you up so you can drink. Sorry in advance if I hurt you.

Alejandro straightens me and opens the water bottle. I was going to take it with my hand, when Alejandro puts the bottle away. He looks at me very seriously when he says, You're hurt, so we take care of you. So I'm forced to be pampered by Alejandro. So he makes me drink little by little, and honestly, I feel like a baby at that time. After I finish drinking, Alejandro looks at me and says, I think it's time for you to go back to the hospital. We'll walk you home. I look at him and say, Not until I say goodbye to at least Oscar and Pa'. That's my condition. Alejandro therefore readily accepts knowing very well that it is almost impossible to make me give in.

Alejandro gets up, and heads towards Oscar who is with Pa'. Carlos is still following us, while I am still in Alejandro's arms. Alejandro tells them he's taking me back to the hospital, when Oscar and Pa offer to come with us. Oscar also made it clear that it was non-negotiable, so here we are in the car on the way to the hospital after he told everyone about it.
