Narrator's Pov:

Lia just gathered her thoughts and went for it. She stretched out her arms and pulled the phone near her, she kept her eyes shut. She pulled the phone near her face and took deep breaths before opening them again. And when she did, Jordan had sent her 9+ messages. Her fingers shivered as she clicked on it and the messages appeared.

"LIA YOU DID WHAT?!"

"I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU OH MY GOD!"

" YOU ARE SO STUPID BITCH BYE"

"You are doomed for real"

"ANSWER ME!!"

"BITCH ARE YOU DEAF? FUCKING RESPOND!"

"I AM LITERALLY WHEEZING HELPPPP"

"It's like awkward funny"

"LIA!!!!!"

Lia's fears were corroborated, she really was stupid. How could she be so oblivious and mindless. Jordan was correct, she really had signed herself up for destruction.

"I know okay? I just didn't know he would casually turn out to be my BOSS! It's not everyday that you fight with a business tycoon and he turns out to be your BOSS!", Lia typed in vehemence.

Not even seconds later the three dots wiggled on the screen and Jordan replied.

"Well technically, you're right but all I'm saying is that you did pull a big stunt there"

"I know", Lia sighed.

"Don't stress. You're gonna be good, it was just a stupid fight anyway lol"

"You think?", Lia tried reassuring herself.

"I mean maybe? It depends on how much of a sport you were during the whole fight arena"

"God Jordan you are not helping. AT ALL!"

"Girl I'm trying. Just tell me what you said to him and we can solve this together"

Lia bit her nails and her palms were sweating, "well I only said like a few phrases. Not much"

"Oh wow. That's okay. You can justify it by saying you were unaware and having a bad day. Right?"

"Right???", Jordan sent a double text when Lia didn't reply.

"I mean.. does calling someone an asshole and piece of shit be justified?", Lia shook her head in disappointment.

"OH NO..."

"OH NO NO NO"

"THIS IS CONCERNING"

Jordan was typing in all caps which meant, Lia really had done something disastrous. A blasphemy possibly.

"What do I do? We have this party tomorrow night and my colleagues are kind of pushing me on it!", Lia pressed her lips.

"Wait what kind of party?"

"It's like a success party. The company that I work in, and some other famous company are collaborating so they are organising an event", Lia carefully explained.

"Oh my God that's perfect!"

"What?", Lia couldn't tell what was "perfect". She was baffled.

"You need to go! It's like the perfect opportunity to clear your image!!"

"Wait how? Isn't it gonna make it worse?", Lia furrowed her brows.
