A new School

Pov : Motoya

The next day

I was woken up by my alarm and I just wanted to sleep more but then remerbered that I will now be at a new school, so I stood up and put my new school uniform on.

I walked outnof the bedroom and went to Shinobu except for her who wasn't awake. I knocked on the door and tried to wake her up but she didn't react so I just let her be and went downstairs , where her father was.

Hibiki : Good morning, Motoya-kun. Did you slept well?

Me : Yes.

He then asked me, if Shinobu was awake but I shook my head. I then heard somebody coming and  thought that it was Shinobu but it was Kotone. She greeted us and then asked me, if Shinobu was awake she aggressively knocked on Shinobu's door and then when she opened the door, her mother smacked her head and told her , to not be that late up.

Kotone : I should have take your phone away for the night.

Shinobu : I went to sleep early but I couldn't fell asleep, so I was longer awake than I expected.

After we all had breakfast, her mother asked us, if we wanted to get a ride to School but I asked Shinobu , if we could both walk to school.

Kotone : Do you actually have mine and Hibiki's phone number?

Me : No, I don't.

I took my phone out when she asked that, then walked towrads me and took my phone out of my hands before giving it back to me.

Hibiki : Wait.

Me and Shinobu turned to her father, who gave us our Bento.

Me : Can you actually just walk this way or is there a shorter path to walk?

Shinobu : Yes, there is but I wouldn't show you that way because you could get lost. The streets there look all the same so you feel like you walk in a labyrinth.

We then arrived at the Inarizaki High. It was a big school but the school uniforms didn't looked that pretty in my opinion. We went inside of the building and Shinobu showed me my locker, which was above her.

Shinobu : We will now walk to class and afterwards, I will show you around School.

Me : Don't we both have to go to class?

Shinobu : I can skip 3 lesson today because it's my job to show you around.

We walked to the classroom 1-3 which was the class where we would be often. She gave me the class list and showed me where I would sit. My desk was surprisingly next to her. I laid my bag on the floor and waited for Shinobu to be ready to leave.

I then heard the door opened , so I turned around and saw twins - I know them from the trainings camp but I forgot their names. Shinobu then was done, when the boy with Grey hair sat behind my desk. We went through the hallway and she showed me the other classrooms, the cafeteria, the gym hall and everything else.

2 and a half hour later

Shinobu : We should now go back to class because the first break is about to start.

Me : We can wait until the break starts.

Shinobu : Ok. Then let's go the the backyard of our school.

She told me to follow her, so we both walked out of the school and around the building I saw a beautiful garden. We both sat down on a bench and enjoyed our time.

Shinobu : Could it be that you didn't wanted to go back to class because you looked at the class list?

I nodded my head and then looked to my knees. She laid her hand on my hand and told me , that everything would be ok and that I shouldn't worry about "him".

Shinobu : If he would do something, I would fucking beat him to death.

I chuckeld softly and told her that she wouldn't do such a thing but when I looked at her eyes, I saw that she didn't saw it as a joke.

Me : You mean it for real?

Shinobu : Yes.

Me : I don't think that he would do something to me.

Shinobu : You don't hope that but if he would do something - could you defend yourself?

Me : I actually can't.

Shinobu : Oh.

The bell rang so we stood up and walked to class where nobody was since the break started and not everybody stayed in the classroom.

I took my bento and then walked with Shinobu to the rooftop.

After the break was over and we were back in the classroom, the Math teacher asked me to introduce myself since I wasn't here at the beginning of the 1st lesson. I stood up, walked to the teachers pult and then introduced myself before walking back to my seat.

Hyung, who sat 2 rows behind me, smirked at me what made me uncomfortable so I just looked away from him when I sat down.

The teacher continued the lesson and I listend to the teacher and took notes. After that lesson, me and Shinobu had Japanese so we had to change the classroom but then Hyung came towards us and asked if we could show him the classroom.

Shinobu: We would go now to the cafeteria. Ask somebody else.

Hyung : But you would come too late.

Shinobu excused us, grabbed my hand and walked past him. She then let my hand go when we were in the 3rd floor.

Shinobu : What time is it?

Me : It's now 11.28am

Shinobu : Ok. We have 2 minutes before the class will start.

Me : What do you wanna do now?

Shinobu : Let's go to the vending machine and then head back to class.

She then showed me the vending machine and when we ran to class, I apologized for our late arrival. Shinobu's seat is right next to the Grey hair twin, so I just next to her.

After school

It was now 2pm and I was exhausted but I decided to help Shinobu by her hobby but she's a manager, so I just stood next to her and looked at the team. They are good but I don't think that they would win against us.

I then saw a boy with Grey black hair - he didn't looked like a part of the team but he was.

Me [whisper] : Who's that?

Shinobu : Who do you mean ?

I described her the person and she told me, that his name was Shinsuke Kita and he was a 2nd year student.

Me [whisper] : But he doesn't look like a player.

Shinobu : He isn't.

Me : What?

She then ignored me because she focused on the practice game and wrote down something. I looked at the paper and saw that she was writing down their capabilities and positions.

After the game, I helped her clean up the gym hall with another student who was the libero and I think I know his name.

Me [whisper] : Does his name  begins with Michinari ?

Shinobu : Yes, Michinari Agaki. He's a libero just like you.

I was surprised that I remembered his last name. I looked at him and I think that he noticed it because he quickly smiled at me, when he saw me staring. I wanted to apologize for my staring but that would be strange.

Shinobu saw me staring at him, so he pushed me towards him and when I stood in front of him, I didn't knew what to say.

Shinobu : Just spill it.

Me : I'm sorry that I starred at you.

Shinobu [whisper] : That sounds really strange.

I wanted to say "I know" but I was in front of him so I didn't said that. He said that he didn't mind it, so I started to talk to him while Shinobu continued with cleaning.

After she was done, I asked Michinari,  if he wants to exchange phone numbers. He gave me his number and then Shinobu and I got picked up by Hibiki, who the drove us home.
