Nico staggered against Will.
He watched, pale and drawn as Annabeth introduced Magnus and Alex to everyone already seated at the cafe, Piper, Percy (Who had already met them, but had insisted on coming anyways,) and Shel, Piper's girlfriend. Will gave him a concerned look.
Percy nodded in acknowledgement to Magnus and then Alex, and his left eye twitched.
Everyone took turns introducing themselves, but Nico couldn't take his eyes of Magnus and Alex. He narrowed his eyes at them.
They- They-
"Okay," Suddenly he couldn't take it anymore. "Why are you dead?"
Everyone's faces turned towards him, blank with shock, a range from "Wait what?" to "Welp, he's onto us" but for once Nico wasn't uncomfortable under all the attention.
"Nico," Will said warningly.
A thought occurred to him. He grinned.
Magnus's arm shot straight up, grazing his cheek.
Magnus' grey eyes which were just a relaxed sort of "Well, Hi, I guess." We're now wide in bewilderment.
"Oh, this will be so much fun." Nico swirled his arm and watched Magnus preform a perfect double pirouette, unable to hide his malicious glee.
Alex snorted and pointed at him. "I like this guy."
Will looked both alarmed and amused.
"Well at least if you hurt him I can heal him."
Alex smirked "Maggie can heal too!"
"Oh my gods- Does yours glow?" Nico now addressed Alex, leaving Magnus dizzy and confused to stumble against a smirking Annabeth.
"Uh, yeah? What?"
"Hey- we HAVE to start a glowing boyfriends club."
Magnus and Will's faces mirrored each other's mildly amused/horrified resignation perfectly.
"With matching T-shirts!" Alex and Nico laughed in sync and high-fived.
"So how'd you manage that control thing anyways?" Alex asked. "That was freaky."
Nico and Alex continued talking as Will rolled his eyes at Magnus.
"Sunshiny people being tortured by their cruel boyfriends. Thats what they should call the club."
"Actually," Magnus said, "Alex is genderfluid."
"Ah, woops. I'm sorry. So what'd that make you? My dad's bi? Is that the right lable for you?"
"Nah man, I'm Pan."
"Ohhh, that's cool. You know,"
And that was how Fierrochase met Solangelo. And Yes, Will and Magnus got T-shirts.
