Chapter 9

Namjoon, Yoongi, and Kai are in the car heading back to their apartment.

"It's been more than a week, and V still hasn't shifted back," Yoongi said.

"The poor baby really got traumatized seeing two rogue attacks in front of his eyes."
Kai said, sadness lacing in his voice.

"I have contacted the healer; she suggested that a forest environment could help V shift; otherwise, it's just in V's hands to decide when to shift."
Namjoon said.

"So we need to take Tae back to the forest?" Kai asked.

"No, guys. It isn't that easy. I called Jackson yesterday to learn about the situation there."

"What did he tell you?"
Yoongi asked impatiently.

"He is afraid that some of the rogues have already suspected that the omega wolf has escaped to the human world or to any other pack. So those rogues must be searching for Tae in both the forest border and here."

Yoongi exclaimed, "Shit! What will we do then?"

Kai wondered, "Is it possible for us to take Tae to another forest region far away from Busan?"

"I don't think it's safe. The rumors of the omega wolf must have spread to every pack, especially after the rogue attack on the biggest pack, our Moonflower pack.
Yoongi answered.

"You are right. Everyone must be waiting for a chance to hunt down our Tae."
Kai said, lowering his head.

"Don't worry, guys. Now at least Tae is safe with Jin and others. The moment everything is clear in the forest, we will take V."

"So why don't we take V with us?"
Yoongi asked.

"No, we will be busy with our work. V will be alone in our apartment. They are taking good care of V; we can go there whenever and see V."

(Kai mentioned it this way, so he could also catch a glimpse of Hobi without having to come up with any other excuses.)

Yoongi suspiciously looks at Kai...

While saying that, Joon dragged both Yoongi and Kai to the couch.

"We are all ears. Talk."
Yoongi said it in a sleepy voice.

"I'm thinking of proposing to Jin for marriage."

"He is great; why are you waiting, Hyung? Propose to him already! You've been together for years."

Kai's face scrunched in confusion. "What's holding you back?"

Yoongi asked.

"Yes! I need him to accept me for the real me. They love us, and they really deserve to know about us. Don't you both think?"

"You are right. Jimin really trusts me. I always feel guilty about hiding my identity. I think it's time to reveal everything to them."

"Well, I hope my Hobi also accepts me after knowing the truth."
Kai said it with a long sigh.

And the other two glared at him.

Hobi was still in shock but fully realized he now had a boyfriend the next morning when Kai called him.

The moment he grasped the situation, he screamed, even waking up the wild bunny and his puppy.

No one—I mean, no one—really knows how Kai managed to do everything in just one week.

Now, they have officially been dating for a week.

And about V, he is really living like a prince.

He will always be pampered with kisses by Kook.

Jin is the one who took charge of feeding V.

Jimin and Hobi took V whenever they binge-watched K-dramas.

And one more thing: Kook's TikTok videos became even more viral because of his new partner.

Since Kook mostly does his TikToks in a black-and-white theme, no one can see the real eye color of V.
So everyone thought V was just a puppy.

And also, his painting of V is now complete.

At first, he painted for sale.

But after seeing his beautiful, innocent, fluffy partner in that painting, the possessive bunny couldn't make up his mind to give the painting to anyone.

So he decided to keep it up himself and hang the painting in their living room.

And he himself occasionally stood there and appreciated his own painting ,and praised himself for painting his baby so gorgeous and lifelike.

And Jin is too proud of his brother for being self-loving and self-praising.
