Chapter 22 - Moon

"Taetae- is it comfortable? You are not getting hurt, right?" The blond was very worried about the silver head. He cupped the other's face and turned it to the side.

"It is fine, princess." Taehyung sighed for the nth time. His soulmate had been checking his earpiece for ten minutes, and it was not like he was questioning the ravenette over it. Only Taetae.

"Are you sure?" Everybody is aware of Jimin's persistent nature.

"Oh! He's okay God damn it!!" Jungkook grabbed the other's wrist over the cherry cheeks, having had enough. He glared at the small hacker, missing the slight pink colour on the tan cheeks.

Hoseok interrupted before they kill each other. "It is supposed to be comfortable. It is linked with their DNA. It is like a part of their body. They will be okay Jimin."

They heard a small snore from the sofa. A cat was sleeping soundly on the sofa cushions when the sun was bright. Unexpectedly, Yeontan was cuddled up in his arms.

Jimin couldn't help but coo at the sight. He smiled for five seconds but then he shouted at the top of his high-pitched voice. "MIN YOONGI!! GET UP THIS INSTANT!!"

The change in his eyes could scare the devil itself. Who would say that this guy has panic attacks?

Yoongi groaned and sat up on the couch eyes still closed. He held the dog closer to his chest and patted its head. A few seconds passed and rested his head on the sleeping pet.

Hobi spoke up gaining they're attention. "Okay. Let's go in the garden." He had that glint in his eyes.

Taehyung took out the earpiece and placed it on the lounge table with the magazines and tablets.

"Why?"

Hoseok clapped and chuckled loudly. "It's a surprise!! Haha!! Come on, quickly." He ran out of the main doors. Other's following suit.

Once everyone had settled down, Hoseok began. "Yoongi wake up, this is important. So-- I have been working on something lately, and it seems to work. I hope you like it. Ready?"

Everyone nodded in response.

"Okay-- 3.... 2.... 1...."

Everyone was scared for a minute but realised what happened. Chuckles left their speechless lips and they applauded in pride.

"Wow!! Hobi-- you-- you are a genius. How--how did you do that?" Jungkook still couldn't believe his eyes.

Their mansion just disappeared.

The scientist began with lightning speed. "Well-- I merged the theory of illusion and screening and then--"

"I take that back. I don't want to know how you did it." The ravenette interrupted.

Taehyung was still awestruck. "What--what do you want to call it?"

Hoseok chuckled happily at their reactions. "Umm-- I haven't decided that yet. I wanted all of us to select something classy. So, I-- I kept it open."

Jimin jumped on his spot. "I know!! We should call it-- The Blanket."

Everyone nodded, satisfied with the name. Keeping simple names for advanced technology was a way to refer to them in normal conversations as well.

Yoongi rubbed his eyes and blinked multiple times before asking. "So-- no one can see it?"

Hoseok was a bit reluctant but explained. "Well-- not with bare eyes. Even if the object can't be seen-- doesn't mean it isn't there. If they use heat radiations-- it will be visible." He vigorously typed on his tablet and held it for all to see.
