Stanley woke up at his compute, he looked up 'Narry?' Stanley asked as he brought up Tumblr on his computer. "yes, Stanley?" the Narrator answered 'was that ending scripted?' he asked "Nope!" the Narrator said with a smile in his voice. Stanley was surprised 'wait, really?' he asked. The Narrator hummed "yes, i made it up as we went along, i do hope it was fun" he said, Stanley smiled 'it was very fun!' Stanley said as he turned back to his computer and wrote out what had happened in the last reset, after a few minutes, he finished his post and posted it leaving his office afterwards.

"Just a step through this door, Stanley thought to himself, that's all i need. If i can make it through this door, i can make it through them all." The Narrator said, Stanley smiled 'I didn't think any of that' he said his smile turning into a smirk. The Narrator scoffed "Stanley! i'm trying to give you some self-confidence" he stated to Stanley, who laughed softy, Stanley smiled 'i have enough self-confidence' he lied. Stanley got to the hallway that lead to the two doors but something caught his eye, a door which was open and had the words on it 'New Content'. Stanley tilted his head and then went through the door.

"ohh! New content? What does that mean- new content" Stanley shrugged 'If you don't know i definitely won't...' Stanley said as he walked down a small hallway, which lead to a platform, he then stepped on the platform and it started to move into the dark hall ahead.

The platform kept moving, showing Stanley some sort of cardboard cut out presentation, as another voice came out from some speakers. "Hello, and thank you for playing The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe!" Stanley blinked '...The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe?' Stanley questioned to himself, was this just another meta ending again? Stanley didn't know and he didn't bother asking the Narrator as it seemed he didn't know either. "After receiving critical and commercial success, it was expanded upon in 2022 with The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe a reimagining of the game for consoles and home computers." the Narrator gasped "No way! it was a success..." Stanley looked up with a questioning look "oh! Stanley! he said, sounding a bit panicked. "there is so much i have to explain to you...look, i don't know how long this ending is but after this ending i'll explain everything i know..." the Narrator said. Stanley crossed his arms, he felt betrayed, what had the Narrator been hiding from him? Stanley simply nodded ad waited for the platform, and the other voice, to stop.

"Please step inside and see what thrilling new adventures await in The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe." The voice from the speakers stopped "Oh, well, this sounds delightful!" the Narrator piped up "I'm very excited to see the thrilling new Ultra Deluxe content." Stanley nodded, he was giving the Narrator the cold shoulder, as he stepped into the elevator.

"Okay, so far it's an elevator. Nothing special yet. But I'm sure it's just the beginning of a mesmerizing adventure." The Narrator sighed as he turned his mic off and put his head on the desk "Ugh he's angry at me now..." he complained to himself and once he regained his composer he noticed Stanley was still waiting in the elevator, so he turned his mic back on. "Um. Is it broken? What's going on here? Should we - should we be moving somewhere, or..." before the Narrator could finish his thought the elevator started to move. "Oh, here we go! Alright, finally. At long last, it's on to new content! I've never been more ready, let's do it!" the Narrator said as the two of them waited for a bit until the Narrator started to hum "Hmm...hmm...I have to say, initial impressions of Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe...Mostly tedious." Stanley chuckled, finding it hard to stay mad at the Narrator, he just hopped he could still trust him.

The elevator stopped. "Oh, okay. Let's see the content! Gimme the content, Stanley!" Stanley rolled his eyes at what the Narrator said. Stanley got to a room with a white circle in the middle and a counter next to it, it seemed to be called the jump circle. Stanley walked to the Jump circle "Alright...Alright let's see" the Narrator said as Stanley stepped into the circle and jumped, the number on the counter next to it went down one. "It's...The Jump Circle?" the Narrator questioned "is-is that it?" Stanley shrugged and left the room.

"Surely that's not all the new content. There has to be something else, right?"  

'I don't know' Stanley replied as he got to another elevator and stepped inside. "Goodness! Another elevator! Stanley, I have to say: initial impressions of this game are not positive." the Narrator said sound disappointed, Stanley tilted his head a bit 'didn't you make this game?' he asked, "Well yes! I made The Stanley Parable...but i had no inclusion with The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe! I mean so far It's just elevators and jumping. Is this what passes for 'exciting new content'?"  the Narrator began and Stanley listened. "Hell, I could count to 30 trillion, you could put that on the box! The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, now with over a thousand hours of new content!-" the elevator stopped before the Narrator could finish complaining. Stanley stepped out.

"Oh, wait. There's more. Very good. Yes. I knew there had to be something else. Let's see it. I'm ready for whatever it is." He said as Stanley opened a door to a tiny room with a sign that said 'Thank you for playing the new content' "That's it?!" the Narrator said "Oh, you've got to be kidding me! You see, Stanley? This is what happens when greedy video game developers with no respect for their fanbase rush a cheap expansion to market for no reason other than to make an easy dollar! And don't get me started on the level of craftsmanship that's gone into it. In fact, I'm looking right now at the game's achievements and it's hard to believe one of them actually says 'Test achievement please ignore!' What quality assurance department signed off on this? I'm infuriated and I'm offended, and I - I intend to find these people on Twitter and hold them personally accountable." the Narrator sighed "It's my fault Stanley. I built up too much anticipation around the new content, I'm afraid. It could never have lived up to such expectations. If you're still with me, why don't we just reset that game, i'll explain everything i know, and we'll try to get back what The Stanley Parable is really about. No frills. No gimmicks. Just you and me having a great time together like always. What do you say, friend?" the Narrator said with a smile in his voice. Stanley looked up with a smile and nodded 'Alright, Narry' he said as everything went black.
