The party wasn't anything crazy, just like Jaemin and Jeno had said. It couldn't even be classified as a party in all honesty. Though Jisung's perception of what a party is was limited to what he saw on television and in shows.

When Jisung walked into the apartment, he found himself immediately swept away by a short girl with large eyes and seated at the living room table with three other people surrounding him.

Jeno and Jaemin joined later, smiles on their faces. The other members said that they wouldn't be joining for the night since they already had plans. Chenle was going out to hang out with his new girlfriend, Seonmi, and Renjun was going out to dinner with Sicheng.

"So you're Park Jisung," the girl smiled.

Jaemin chuckled and sat down next to Jisung on the couch. "Jisung, this is Kang Hyowon," Jaemin introduced her.

The girl smiled brightly at Jisung, it took Jisung a moment but when he realized his eyes widened, "You're in LOTUS!" he exclaimed, his hand flying to his mouth in shock.

"Oh! Do you listen to our music?" Hyowon clapped her hands excitedly, "Wow! This is crazy! Jeno, Jaemin, and I were in the same class in high school before they dropped out,"

"Hey, don't make us sound stupid," Jeno shook his head, "We didn't drop out, we just decided to prioritize our careers,"

"It still sounds like you dropped out to me," A boy with an overgrown mullet hummed gently. He took a sip from his drink before holding out a hand to Jisung, "I'm Seo Minchul, I'm currently just a university student studying film and cinema. I was also in their class,"

Jisung nodded his head in greeting but found the name to be oddly familiar.

"I'm Jung Woosung," The last boy said, "I'm a trainee at XXX Group and Hyowon's friend,"

Jisung smiled awkwardly as the group of friends started to chat and reconnect. Jisung sat politely on the couch watching as his hyungs laughed and joked with their friends.

Jaemin had gotten up to go to the kitchen to grab a few drinks and came back with a cup for Jisung.

Hesitantly, Jisung took the drink and took a hesitant sip. His eyes widened when he realized it tasted nothing like he expected. The drink was sweet with only the tiniest bitter aftertaste. To Jisung, it tasted nothing like alcohol. He immediately started to chug the drink and licked his lips a bit when he finished the cup.

"Careful, Jisungie," Hyowon chuckled, "We mixed a lot of things into that drink,"

Jisung nodded in understanding and got up to go get another cup. This time he took small sips, letting the drink settle down a bit before taking another sip.

Jeno and Jaemin exchanged looks but smiled brightly when they saw Jisung relaxing.

The night went by smoothly. The more Jisung drank, the more relaxed he felt. He wasn't sure how many cups he had but by the time the group started to play a game of cards, Jisung was freely joking and laughing along with everyone.

"Haechan says he's going to join us in a little," Jeno said as he put his phone away.

"Cool, my friend from uni is going to be here soon too," Minchul said.

Jisung hummed gently at what Minchul said, the warm feeling of alcohol swirled in his stomach. He kind of enjoyed the feeling and leaned back against the couch gently.

"How are you feeling, Jisung?" Jaemin smiled brightly.

"Good," Jisung nodded, "Thanks for taking me out with you tonight, hyung," Jisung said curling into Jaemin a bit.
