Y/n was no stranger to the evils of the world. She had been tortured and abused for as long as she remembered. She had watched the people she loved go through extensive testing, experimentation, and punishments– and she had had the same things done to her.
Because of this, the girl knew things her classmates didn't. It was like a sixth sense, being able to immediately identify threats and danger without question. So when a figure emerged from the black and purple portal, Y/n was already in a fighting stance and was prepared to fight for and to protect the people around her.
"Stay together and don't move! Thirteen, protect the students!" Aizawa exclaimed, grasping his scarf.
"What is that? Has the training started, I thought we were rescuing people?" Kirishima said, examining the portal.
More figures had started to shape from the wispy darkness, running out and taking their own offensive positions. Y/n stepped forward to get a closer look, she knew this was real. There was no doubt in her mind that this was real.
"Stay back!" Aizawa yelled at her while putting his yellow goggles on, "This is real, those are real villains." As he said that, Y/n felt her classmates tense up and she heard some of them gasp.
A deep voice poured from the portal, "The only real heroes I see are Thirteen and Eraserhead. According to the schedule we had received from U.A. All Might should've been here too, perplexing." The portal took a slightly human looking form and Y/n couldn't help but feel some sort of vague recognition at the voice.
They had a schedule. They must've gotten it during the situation with the press, god that's not reassuring at all.
"Where is he? I went through all the trouble of bringing so many friends who were eager to meet All Might. They want to meet the great 'Symbol of Peace', I can't believe he's not here." The first guy to step out of the portal, a man with blue shaggy hair with disembodied hands attached to his body, spoke.
This guy must be their ring leader, then. He seems pretty scrawny.
"Maybe if I kill a few kids he'll come out to play!" At his words, Aizawa's scarf flared up in defense.
"How did so many villains get onto campus? Thirteen, why isn't the alarm going off?" Yaoyorozu asked, approaching Thirteen.
"Good question. I'm not sure."
Y/n could hear Todoroki start to talk as she walked next to her father, who was still standing with his scarf up.
"What're we up against, then? What's our game plan?" She was ready to fight through these villains and assist Eraserhead however she could.
"We aren't up against anything. You're staying with your classmates, there's not a chance in hell I'm going to let you fight against these guys." His voice was stern.
"That's a stupid choice and you know it. I have a healing factor, next to you I might be the most experienced fighter here, and you're going to need all the help you can get." Y/n gave her response, her voice just as strong as her fathers.
He just walked away from her, "Thirteen, get them outta here and find a way to alert the main campus. If they've got the ability to mask themselves then they might be able to block our communications, too. Kaminari, try using your quirk to contact the school."
Kami nodded and put a hand to the device on his ear, trying to get a signal.
"What're you gonna do? You can't fight them on your own! There's way too many, even if you can nullify some of their quirks with your own. Your fighting style works best for covert stealth missions, not something like this!" Midoriya yelled out.
