They enter and walk up the stairs after a brief interaction with a receptionist
They hear laughter coming from behind a door
Mirio: bubble girl must have gotten in trouble
He said opening up the door revealing a blue skinned girl tied up to what looked like a torture device that was tickling her
Mirio: sir nighteye like to make sure people are happy and laughing
Izuku: even by force?
nighteye: your here good
He pressed a button and bubble girl was released
Nighteye: you may return to work, and mirio can you give me a moment with the potential recruit
Mirio: yes sir
They left the room leaving izuku and nighteye alone
Nighteye reached out his hand offering a handshake
Nighteye: welcome to my agency
Izuku shook his hand

Nighteye walked over to his desk

Izuku looked back to night eye who was holding up a chess piece
Nighteye: all you have to do is take this from me

Nighteye: would you expect your enemy to announce their quirks to you
Izuku: you'd be surprised
He said setting down his case and swords
Nighteye: I'll give you five minutes
Izuku nodded
He walked forward closing the distance slowly before dashing for the chess piece
Nighteye had moved it just enough for izuku to miss
Izuku tried again but when he missed he tried to kick nighteye legs out from under him but nighteye jumped over him
Izuku: so can you tell what I'm doing before I do it or something?
Nighteye: something like that
Izuku: so I have two options, outplay you, or do something so sporadic you cant tell what in going
Nighteye: care to put these to the test?
Izuku: nope
