Over the course of a year izuku kept his vow and trained day in and day out

He started climbing down and up the mountain before breakfast just because he could

He could practically run straight up a 90°degree wall

Hed mastered all the techniques taught to him and even made a few of his own to make his style flow better and hit harder

Setto and shi were so proud of him and this made izuku the happiest

He saw both of them as fathers in there own respect

The family he'd never had before

Setto: boy, you have come far but now it's time for you to make you sword

Izuku: what do you mean sensei?

Setto: each great swordsman has to make there own sword

Izuku: I understand, when do we start

Setto: now, grab rocks and bring them inside to where the pipe ends, you shall make the forge so heat your steel

Izuku nods and goes to the pond to grab different sized rocks for the forge

He set them up as setto set a large pot beside him full of mud

Setto: clay to keep the heat in

Izuku nodded and started smearing the clay on the structure

It was nearing the end of the day when the clay was finally ready

Setto: good now it's time to choose

Shi walks in with two briefcases  and sets them down an a table

He opens both revealing 3 metal ores in each case

Setto: the one you choose shall be your blade

Izuku looks over the ores

Setto: choose wisely

Izuku picks one up and feels the weight

Setto: well let you choose

Setto and she go into the next room

Izuku sits and and stares at the ore

The next morning izuku enters the room where setto and shi slept

Izuku: I've got the ore I want

Setto: huh, oh, took you long enough, ok let's go

Setto led izuku back to the forge

Together they lifted it over the pipe effectively starting the forge

Izuku was given a clamp in order to carry the hot ore

Izuku started with purifying the ore using the anivle and hammer he was given

After that he shaped his blade

Then came the quench, (hardening the metal)

Izuku lined the spine of the blade with the left over clay, and heated the blade up

And dunked it in the special oil

When the blade came out it was perfectly straight with a nice gradual curve

Then came the cleaning and sharpening

He used a wet stone in order to sharpen his sword

The next was a handle and sheath

Setto handed him multiple different types of wood or different shapes and sizes

Izuku already understood  and was able to grab the right pieces for his sword
