coming clean

"yes im sure, you and aiden should spend some extra time together ill watch over both departments dont worry just stay home okay bye muah love yah" i said hanging up the phone i wanted to fix this and clear things up in order to do that i need to be around that department more since im kinda on a week off ill just be in charge of her department now, i was standing in my living room getting my things ready to leave, i made my way out wearing a pants suit with black heels after a 10 minute drive i reached my destination it was currently 7:50 almost 8 which is when my shift starts well amber's shift i walked into the building greeting everyone when i went straight to room 146 seeing her asleep "she was awake the entire day and she was quiet her dad will be back soon he went to freshen up"  bubbles said standing beside me "thats good i'll go check on the other kids watch her" i said walking in the elevator to go to the second and third floor to check on the others.

i stood in the room monitoring the behaviour of her heartbeat pattern to pass the time soon her eyes opened and sat up looking around before looking as if she was going to cry before letting out one of the loudest cries "shhhh its okay im here" "i want mama" she cried louder slapping me on my hand gosh that hurts i thought two nurses came in alerted by the noises she tried getting up but i held her down only for her to bite me cutting my skin "owwww you little wicked thing" "I WANT MOMMY MY MOMMAAA AAAAA" she cried louder kicking and punching the nurses more came rushing in due to the noise within two minutes the room was filled with 15 plus nurses trying to hold her down "shes strong for a 2 year old someone call doctor K immediately we need her magic" i cried out "her father is on his way" "good now where is doctor k" 

"DOCTOR K YOU ARE NEEDED AT ROOM 146 IMMEDIATELY" the announcement rang loudly through the speakers i dropped everything realizing that it was luna's room i rushed down the stairs bursting through the door seeing how packed the room was hearing a loud cry "I WANT MOMMAAAAAA MY MOMAAAA PWEASEEEE" my heart roke hearing her voice becoming very weary and tired and sounded strained "GIVE ME ROOM" i yelled out of instinct luna quieted down seeing me and hearing my voice soon she turned her whole body making grabby hands towards me "momaa" she said smiling and wiping her tears soon jumping off the bed hugging my leg "mommaa i missed you" she said tearing up again and out of habit i took her up "shhh momma is here now im not going anywhere anymore" I said shushing her taking a seat on the couch in the room "y-youre her mother" bubbles asked shocked seeing us like this "it's a long story where is her father" i asked and by complete luck he opened the door seeing everyone soon his eyes landed on me, luna turned seeing his dad "daddyyy is here" she squealed making the same jumping movement that she used to do, lucas came in and took her but she didnt go soon she spoke "momma and daddy yayyy" i looked around seeing the shocked nurses "um could you guys please leave" they just left in a hurry closing the door "give her to me"  he said sending shivers down my spine "i- okay" i said putting her on the floor, she stood looking around before jumping back into my arms "no luna go to your father" i said sadly but i had no right to be angry i was the one that left but why was he angry di-d he miss me or something "lucas can i ask you something please" "no" he said coldly "if you wanted to ask me questions then you should've stayed" "i couldnt have stayed" "what was that" he said snarky as if he was mocking me "i- nevermind you wouldnt understand" i said getting up to leave "there you go running away from me again if i can't understand then make me explain to me why you just disappeared, how you just left without a trace please make me understand" he said i could've sworn i heard his voice break for a moment "fine have a seat i locked the door sitting beside him while luna played with some of her toys "as i was about to speak the door opened showing aiden "heyy princess- oh sienna where is amber" "how did you get in here?" i asked surprised as his eyes travelled down to lucas"im looking for my girlfriend" "she didnt come in for work im covering for her" my phone then buzzed seeing her text "on second thought she says to go upstairs now go" "okay okay gosh" i closed back the door turning seeing a confused lucas "aren't you two together" he asked quickly clearing his throat "well not anymore he's one of the main reason i moved" i said looking down he placed his hands on my shoulder soothing me "no no im good we are friends now and well he is dating my friend after all" Oh"he said simply "that doesn't explain why you left" "well lets just say i fell for someone back then while still in a relationship with him some stuff happened between me and this person and pictures were taken and sent to him and he thought i was cheating i mean i technically was because the thoughts i had for this person and well that person had a fiance and i couldnt stay knowing the person i loved broke up with me and so i moved for a new start i have nothing against you two but i couldnt stay there" i said looking up seeing him looking straight in my eye  "i guess i somewhat understand im sorry to hear that" "am i forgiven" "im sorry but i need time to think i should go" he said walking out and i just let a tear fall.
