The Next Day
Elliot Pov
Everything is going right for me, I've finally got my family back and everything is perfect. The hardest part of everything to the twins on who I am and where I have been. Olivia and I thought it was best to just say that I was playing hide and go seek from the bad lady who tried to kill me.
Now it's time to tackle the squad....
"Hey babe, there is something I need to tell you" Olivia said closing the door.
"Anything Liv." I smiled
"Well for the past four months I've been seeing another guy from work. His name is Brian." she stuttered
"Do you love him?" I asked
"Of course not. I barely even like him I just thought I could make myself love him." She replied
"It's okay if you did. It's been two years, I wouldn't blame you." I said softly
"God, I wished everyday I would wake up to you everyday, I honestly didn't know how I was going to I've without you." she started to cry
I brought Olivia into my chest and let her cling on to me. After five minutes her phone began to ring, I answered.
"Benson's phone." I said
"Elliot? Is that you?" Cragen asked
"Yeah cap, it's me. Did you need Liv?" I replied
"Yeah, we just caught a break in the case, can you both come in we need all the hands we can get." he said
"We will be there soon." I said
