Olivia Pov
When I walked out, Elliot just stared at me with hurt in his eyes. He turned to walk out...
"Elliot wait, please" I begged
"Maybe I should have died that night, to stop myself from feelings this pain." he said to me
"I love you, El. Hell I'm in love with you, but-" I trailed off
"You're in love with him too. You can't be in love with two people Liv. Either you love 'em or you don't." he finished
"Please, don't leave me" I pleaded
"Why stay? The only thing keeping me here are our kids." he huffed trying to hold back tears.
I tried to reach for him but he shook me off walking out the precinct. I looked around with everyone watching me. Brian had a slight smile on his face. I gathered my things and rushed out going home.
Elliot Pov
After leaving the precinct I was going to walk back to what was once my home but then I ended up at a bar drinking plain vodka, drowning my misery.
"Elliot freaking Stabler, is that you?" A woman nearly screamed behind me.
When I turned it was my high school girlfriend Melinda James. She looked absolutely stunning. Still had green eyes, longer light brown hair and a figure no man wouldn't bang.
"Melinda, hi." I said
"What are you doing here all by yourself?" she smiled
"Just enjoying my drink. j would think you'd be out with a boyfriend or something." I smiled back
"Haven't really dated much since high school. No one has really turned my knobs like you did. So, did you ever marry that Kathy woman?" She asked seductively
"No we had a daughter together. But I married a woman named Olivia." I replied
"Well where is she?" She asked
"We aren't exactly in the best terms right now" I replied
Melinda started staring at my lips biting her own, closing the space between us.
"You look like you could use a release right now, maybe I could take care of that for you." she said in my ear
"I can't ruin my marriage or my kids risk losing both their parents." I replied
"No one has to know. It'll be our little secret. I promise." she smirked
Melinda handed me a piece of paper with her number on it.
"If you ever change your mind... call me" she winked walking away
I stuffed the paper in my jacket, hoping I'll never use it. I finished my last drink stumbling slightly into the cab making my way home.
Maureen Pov
I was sitting here watching the tv with twins, when mom bursts through the door running upstairs.
"Dickie, can you stay with Oliver and Emily while I check on mom." I asked
"Yeah sure thing" he smiled
I went upstairs to see my parents room wide open and mom collapsed on the floor curled in a ball crying.
"Mom?" I said softly
"Mo, go back downstairs I'm fine. Ill be okay in a second. Everything is fine I'll be down in s second." She sniffed
"Are you sure?" I asked
She nodded her head. I got up and headed down the stairs when dad walked in slowly. I could tell he was crying. When he closed the door, the twins ran into his arms.
"Hey kiddos. How was your day at grandmas?" He smiled
"It was fun daddy, can we spend tomorrow with it though" Oliver asked
"Of course" he smiled
They started jumping around, when my mom finally made an appearance in leggings and dads nypd shirt.
Dad didn't even look at her, he instead put his jacket in the closet and went in the kitchen to start dinner.
Olivia Pov
Elliot didn't even say a word to me, but just walked into the kitchen. I sat on the stairs running my fingers through my hair. I got up and went to the kitchen. He was putting vegetables in a pot.
"Elliot, I want us to work. I need you and I can't live without you. Don't walk away please." I begged
He stopping stirring for a second and turned towards me.
"How can we possibly make us work? You fell in love with him. It's different from a kiss or having sex? It hurts more to even look at you.The woman I thought I would be with for the rest of my life.. but now I'm not so sure." He replied
"I didn't fall in love with him. I have strong feelings for him.But I want you. I am standing here right now in front of you telling you I want this, you and I because we are a team and baby we are forever. El, you are stuck with me for better or for worse. I love you, I've been in love with you since the day I met you." I screamed
He trudged over to be placing his lips on mine. He tightened his grip around my waist pulling me closer to him.
"I won't go anywhere, ever again. I love you. I want us." Elliot said against my lips.
He pecked my lips one last time before slapping my ass as I left the kitchen.

I watched Liv walk to the living before taking the paper out of my pocket burning it in the fire on the stove.
