I clung to Elliot for dear life as we walked into the precinct, I looked around at the surprised faces of my fellow coworkers. Cassidy was the first to approach us.
"Who is hell is this Liv?" He said
"This is Elliot, my husband." I said quietly
"So is that why you didn't call me last night? You've been screwing with guy for the past four months of our relationship." he yelled in my face
"No, of course not. He just came back this morning." I replied softly
Brian just took off into the locker room, I looked up at El who just nodded silently telling me to go talk to him. I followed Brian. When I walked in he was pacing back and forth.
"Brian, please talk to me." I begged
He stopped and looked at me.
"How could I possibly be okay with you going right back into the arms of the man who left you. I was there for the past two years helping you out, being a father figure to your kids. I waited for almost two freaking years just to tell you that I love you and can't live without you. The moment I do you break my heart and go back to him, what about me Liv, what about me? Am I suppose to just walk away pretending that I never fell in love with you." he screamed
"Brian I-" he cut me off with a kiss
"Save the excuse Olivia, I get it, you love him. But no matter what I'll be waiting with open arms." he whispered in my ear. And with that he walked out leaving me in a slight trance feeling warm and fuzzy inside.
I think I'm falling in love with Brian.
